The room was clean but there were stains on the carpet from previously spilled coffee or something like that. Breakfast was kinda meh. The warm part pretty much standard what you see in any hotel of this level but the cheeses and salamis etc. were quite poor. There was nothing that stood out. Basically, eat something but not really enjoy it. Overall though there is nothing to complain about at the hotel. Not great, not terrible. But it was the same last year when I visited and did it again and would do it again.

Enjoyed our stay at Novotel Munchen Messe! The room was bigger than expected and modern. Shopping mall close by and easy to access the public transport system from here. Staff were friendly and professional. Good facilities too and has room service. Beds were really comfortable too.

Water heater was dirty inside, no reusable coffee cups provided, bad coffee in general including the machines in the breakfast area.

Good breakfast, location was nice, close to a shopping mall, messe and right next to the subway station. Taxis are easy to find.

Parking cost around £25 a day, also you will have to pay if you go in and out which will coat extra. But this is not a deal breaker, location beside the mall and away from down town is very exceptional for the family.

Property was clean, spacious, modern furniture, easy in-out parkings and most importantly the location was exceptional (directly beside the mall). Calm area, family friendly and beside the metro station.

Quite a way out of the city centre and VERY expensive to leave your car there. This should be included in the room cost. Hotel was expensive because it was October Fest.

Hotel has some serious trouble with the housekeeping/maintenance. Generally, hallways weren't properly vacuumed, joined toilets were wet with shoe stains, community seating was stained and full of crumbs. Within the room -> kettle wasn’t cleaned forever, bathroom had hair from previous guests in it, carpet was stained and not vacuumed on hidden places, coffee/tea was not refiled, used cups were left in the room. Interestingly, every day during our stay (3 nights), housekeeping staff would start knocking on the door from early in the morning asking if they can come in.

Hotel location is super convenient for both Messe participants and people wanting to visit the city centre (quick & easy metro access with direct line). There is a big shopping center just a few steps away, several restaurants, large green area for walking, & parking with the direct elevator access to the hotel. Rooms are nice size, beds are rather comfortable, staff is welcoming.

The shower door does not seal so the bathroom floor is flooded after every shower. We did not find the reception friendly at all.

Location excellent, close to train station and nice shopping centre. Lovely large green area to jog and walk - next to the hotel. Car rental at the centre where the hotel is located, literally a minute's walk.

Guests left nut shells on the carpet in the corridor, but it was ignored by the cleaning staff for several days. This is hardly acceptable for a 4 star property. Shower stall is rather small, I didnt feel comfortable getting in and out. Breakfast coffee was not very good.

Location is great, just a few steps from subway station and there is a big shopping center just a few steps away. Breakfast was plentiful.
