The shower door does not seal so the bathroom floor is flooded after every shower. We did not find the reception friendly at all.

Location excellent, close to train station and nice shopping centre. Lovely large green area to jog and walk - next to the hotel. Car rental at the centre where the hotel is located, literally a minute's walk.

Guests left nut shells on the carpet in the corridor, but it was ignored by the cleaning staff for several days. This is hardly acceptable for a 4 star property. Shower stall is rather small, I didnt feel comfortable getting in and out. Breakfast coffee was not very good.

Location is great, just a few steps from subway station and there is a big shopping center just a few steps away. Breakfast was plentiful.

It is not a complain but improvement I suggest hotel to review type of Blankets and bedsheets, maybe need enhancement to make them more comfortable.

The location met our purpose very well centered with many coffee shops, restaurants, and direct access by elevator to the hotel from Parking 🅿️.. The staff never said no to our request, especially we requested very late check out due to flight issues and it was supported without extra payment.. the room and bathroom were vey spacious and modern.

The shower was a bit tricky but okay.

Room was rather quiet despite being next to the elevators. Clean and comfy. I visited Adele's concert, and this hotel was a perfect option to stay overnight.

The hotel offers a "do not clean my room" option to minimise environmental impact from daily change of towels and so on. I was however a bit disappointed that when choosing this you won't get your coffee and water replaced.

I had a room to the inner courtyard and this was quiet. I know of colleagues who were out front and complaint about the traffic. The fitness room is okay. It could do with an extra yoga mat.

location perfect for the Adele concert ( 15-20min walk), hotel next to exit of the U Bahn Messestadt West. Hotel next to RiemArcaden shopping mall with bakery and Five Guys restaurant. Great breakfast, hotel bar open late

The breakfast (specially coffee) not the best that I have experienced in this chain. In terms of price not the cheapest option around. I like the chain, but the price for this days was a little but too high when compared to others of the chain. (of course is linked to the demand, but still)

The location for the purpose of my visit was great. It also help that is located just beside a shopping mall. So that is very convinient and public trasnportation is also at reach super close to this hotel

Breakfast buffet is rather expensive especially when the assortiment was scarce (Saturday 10am) The bathroom could have benefited from having hair conditioner :)

Breakfast buffet is good and fresh :) Room was very nice: perfect temperature and A/C setting! and big for two :) The location was also good: easy access from/to the airport and to the city center :)

Stayed here overnight due to proximity to Adele (about a 20min walk). Rooms were nice and clean. Rituals products in the bathroom. Breakfast was great and opened early, even in the weekend which was great. Reception staff were great and all geared up with tips on the best way to walk to Adele.
