Hi, we was on holiday stay one night in hotel , we was travelling from Poland to England, long journey, Room was fine , all was good apart air conditioning room don’t have , was very hard for us sleep there, much too Hooot !! Staff was look unhappy, I ask what time hotel restaurant is close, cos we arrive late evening, the answer was very rude.. thank you for nice time ..🫶

It was loud because of the highway, no air conditioning.

It was clean, good service, pet friendly, open desk 24h. Near is a river, parking on spot. All in all god choise for a sleepover.

I would appreciate a small fridge in the room- I had some food with me that needed to be kept in cool temperatures so I was a bit disappointed.

Great location by the river, no problem with parking, nice restaurant with a terrace, nice and comfortable room with everything one can need. There was a net in the window so I could keep it open without letting the bugs in. Good thinking!

The only thing that would be of help is having a/c - which surprised me given this is part of a chain. This was August and it was hot (90F) and thus the room warms a bit. Still it cooled off at night.

This hotel is located across from the park that is adjacent to the river. The hotel has free parking, though oddly they seemed a bit offput when they had to open the garage door as there was not parking left outside. The room we had was very nice being on the top floor with a view out to the river and a balcony, though the railing (really wall) makes sitting not as pleasant as would normally be expected. The room itself was very large and was clean. They only serviced the room once during a 3 night stay and did not change out linens or towels, though I believe this is possible upon request. The breakfast was of good variety and reasonable quality. The location is near a tram stop and a large Edeka grocery store, so very convenient. The tram to the center only takes about 15 minutes and runs frequently.

The refrigerator in our double room was broken and we were not warned about it. There were no slippers and for such prices it would not be bad to get toothpaste in the room and a sewing kit, this is standard for hotels. The floors were not clean although the bed was perfect. The hair dryer also worked for 5 minutes, as soon as it warmed up it did not turn on. The room has quite old furniture, although the reception and lobby bar look quite modern.

Large room with a very comfortable bed, good bathroom and toilet. Helpful staff, everyone is smiling. Beautiful interior, 5 minutes walk to the tram stop, 20 minutes to the center.

Beds and pillows needs an upgrade

Very convenient location, value for Money, stunning views at the rear side of the hotel. Great spot for relaxed walking and for dog walking. Very cooperative staff. City center is very accessible from the hotel

Reception stuff. I don't know if that was due to a language as we are English speakers but the guy basically didn't say a word to us when we arrived. Didn't explain anything. The room we got must have been behind the elevator cause we heard the noise of a moving elevator all night. You can also hear everything from corridors and other rooms so it was not the best sleep I had

Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Dinner service was super slow with one person serving at the bar and tables but the food was delicious.

Noisy street. Requested room away from street and other requests, the communication with hotel before my arrival was non responsive. Never got an answer for 4 weeks.

Only one disappointment, in that the restaurant was not open on the evening we arrived and there had been no notice of that. However, we were directed to the splendid Greek restaurant 2 minutes walk away and had a superb meal.

Breakfast - excellent. Location, excellent for our purposes as an overnight stop en route eastwards. Rooms, - immaculately clean. On site parking.

The receptionist when we came in to check in was super lazy. Anything we asked he'd say can wait until the morning. The hallway smelled like smoke. We booked a room for 3 people and only had 2 pillows and 2 blankets and 2 towels. When asked for extra we received a towel and sheets with no blanket or pillow.

The breakfast was decent. Liked the path way behind by the river to walk my dog. Not bad price for dog stay.

The sauna was closed at summer time even we needed it, it was not mentioned during booking.

Close to the river bank but a little distance from the city. The only waiter in the restaurant was excellent, very good recommendations, very helpful,& friendly even under stress with arriving travel groups. The food selection in the restaurant was not big but in very good quality.

The hotel is situated at the river Elbe in a suburb of Dresden. There is enough space for car parking and also public transport. There is all you need in the room and all was clean. The breakfast buffet was very good. There are a supermarket and restaurants just around the corner.

The room was prepared for two persons although we booked for four ( so needed to ask for extra blankets, pillows, towels). The fridge in the room did not working, the pillows were too flat
