You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsThe staffs are friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel very close to S-Bahn directly to Airport. Center of the city you can reach old town in 5 mins. Breakfast is good, but the space is a bit small. Some time is very couldy when a lot of guests want to have breakfast same time. I would recommend this hotel and will be back again.

This property is well located between train station and very close to the old town. It is very minimalist in decor but very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing with a machine that made fresh squeezed orange juice and so many choices. Probably our favorite breakfast on our trip! Also free mini-bar which was nice addition.

United States of AmericaBreakfast was fantastic. I have had several European breakfasts and this ranked with the very good ones. I LOVED the free mini-bar that was restocked everyday. It had super fresh Bavarian water and my favorite Apple juice. The air conditioning was quiet and excellent. Television stations took me all over Europe, which I love. The staff called me a taxi several times for my elderly parent. This was super convenient.

United States of AmericaI thought this was going to be an old facility with small rooms, but it is contemporary, clean, well maintained. Staff are wonderful. Our room was spacious and setup was excellent for laying out baggage for easy access. Location is excellent, close to center of old city. Breakfast was very good. I would return to this hotel for a repeat visit to Munich.

PolandI think the price at the moment was a little high because of the Adele residency in Munich, but other than that I can't really complain about anything. Overall a good experience.
The hotel is really well located, walking distance from everything you might need. Room was small but cozy. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful, and the overall check-in experience was nice.

The breakfast was an outstanding feast! Being from the states, we expected cereals, maybe an egg if lucky. This was over the top with eggs, pastries, assorted meats, cheeses, cereals, fruits, even salmon! It also had the best fresh squeezed orange juice I've ever had! Ours was included, but even at €20, it would be worth it. The location was outstanding. It was walkable to the city center (Ratskeller/Marianplatz), shops, restaurants, and the metro station to take you further. The rooms were a fine size and well-appointed when it came to necessities. We happened upon this hotel chain in Lisbon a few years ago and will now seek it out.
