No kettle in the room, would have made it easy to make my babies food and also a fridge to store my babies food

Clean big room,hotel location was perfect with two supermarkets nearby and the train station. I like the fact that the reception had a Children's play corner

There's nothing i didn't like, but I would have appreciated having a mini fridge in the room.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and deserve a 5 star rating. The rooms are very clean with proper air conditioning and the daily cleaning service maintains the rooms well. They also try to educate the guests on saving water by incentivising the goal. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to hamburger straɓe and hence offers easy access to most places. The breakfast serves a wide spread of food along with honey from their own honey combs. This hotel keeps up with the Accor name and is a very nice stay.

It was possible to park on the premises, but the number of parking slots is limited and some of them are on a moving ramp.

Location - close to the S-bahn, very good connection to the city centre. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

The price was a bit high but doesn't include breakfast. When I think about the service I had the price would be OK if breakfast was included.

The room was actually two separate rooms inside. The best for a family with kids. Staff was nice and helpful. Housekeeping was also great.

No beverage facilities in room. If you want a coffee you have to go to the reception to help yourself to a hot drink which was warm only, not hot enough.

Clean and spacious room for a solo Traveller. Staff were friendly and cooperative, mistake with billing was corrected promptly. Supermarket next to the hotel and 5 minutes from Metro Station.

The hotel is a bit off the beaten track and the mattress was a bit too firm. Perhaps I am used to a softer mattress.

The breakfast was very good and even had scrambled eggs. The room was nice and even had air conditioning. The area is very quiet which was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's a nice and clean hotel - around 20 min to the city center by metro. The breakfast is enough and tasty. The furniture is new and the bed comfortable.

Parking charge.

Short walk to the train straight into town. Plenty places to eat nearby as well a a supermarket next door for drinks and snacks. Adjacent rooms with a connecting door was perfect for a family.

We arrived to the hotel around midnight and thankfully it was no problem because of the 0-24 reception. The staff was nice and gave us some information about the public transportation in Hamburg. Very nice rooms, good selection of breakfast and location is close to the metro station.

The rooms were very very dark. We needed more lighting, as it was dark (visited i december). The bathroom smelled like sewer.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was confy and bigger than I expected. Great location, quiet area and only 10 minutes from the center of the city via public transport (only 5 min walk to the station). Also there is a big shopping mall only 7 min walk from the hotel.

Nice location, near U3 station, from where you can get trains to the city center, but also to Airport. REWE grocery is just nearby the hotel, this was also convenient. Clean rooms, good WIFI, breakfast also was okay.
