There is no parking in front of the hotel for check-in. Once you check it and get your card, you can park in the parking area.

The room was good. Breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and everything was clean.

Clean room and nice bathroom. Although it is not located near the city center, it has excellent connections to reach the city center. They have a kitchen available for travelers to prepare their own food. Excellent for budget travelers.

It looks like it’s close to train but it’s a long walk. Lots of construction if you go how GPS suggests and still hard to figure out. Best to go thru to South Haupt Bahnhoff or, if in town, take bus or train to closer to hotel. After 4 days I figured it out.

Friendly staff, good drink and food available. Like that they had alcohol free beer. Very clean and modern.

Long walk to the centre of town. There were roadworks on the nearest bridge so the tram was diverted. Area not very attractive - our window overlooked a car park. Laundry out of order when we arrived. Extra charge to store bags (a separate company manages it). Metal bed frames are easy to walk into and really hurt! We overheard one staff member swearing at another staff member, and a Japanese guest told her one staff member asked her out for a drink and made her feel uncomfortable.

Friendly atmosphere - we made friends with other guests and even shared our meal in the guest kitchen as we’d made too much! Comfortable (private) room and good shower. Helpful staff. Handy to have a kitchen. Parking onsite (although you have to pay). Possibility of late checkout.

There is cooling in the room that is sufficient but does not cool the room like airco does.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Place is clean with facilities for both, young and old. Breakfast is fresh, well managed and there is a good variety. Travel to the city center is within 15 - 20 minutes with public transport. There is also a paid parking at the hotel (approx. Eur 12,50 p/d) Our stay was very comfortable and we would definitely recommend this place.

The room was just too tight to accommodate 4 strangers, I didn’t feel comfortable being the only woman among 3 men, the beds are really close to each other , and didn’t had any separation or curtain to cover

In other hotels of the same class, we paid much less for the same or better quality of service. Sadly, when choosing a hotel, we didn't notice that they charge a fee for luggage storage after check-out. This wouldn't have been such a problem, unfortunately we had to download a special app and it showed that we would have paid 13.30 euros for our two backpacks with all the fees charged, which seemed excessive. In all other hotels during our holiday this service was always free. So we didn't use the service and preferred to adjust our program.

The hotel had all the appropriate amenities and services, but it still felt more like a hostel than a hotel. The communal kitchen was fine for making evening tea, but we would have preferred to make it in our room. The hotel seems to be frequently used by school groups, which reinforces the aforementioned hostel impression. Breakfast was tasty but rather plain and with less choice.

Our bathroom was stinking badly. When going out we left the bathroom door open and found the whole room stinking when coming back.

Nice and clean hotel, conveniently located for a stop-over. Beds were very narry but comfortable. Easy parking behind the house. Very good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

-Not much privacy as there are no curtains. Bit odd when you are sleeping right next to a stranger -Only one bathroom inside each dorm room with shower and toilet. So you need to wait if someone else is using. -Rooms are a bit small with weird shelving and lockers (triangle shaped) so you can't fit all belongings securely. -Staff were a bit odd. Not very friendly or happy.
