The main thing was the cost. We had to come over for a family funeral, so didnt have much time to "shop around", so really it was the price that was a bit steep.

great location, very close to train station. Immaculately furnished, if a bit "corporate". Good quiet location, and quite easy to find. The general area has plenty or restaurants etc, and close to a LIDL supermarket, and a lovely wirthaus(restaurant)

The only thing missing was a washing machine in the appartment, there is one in the building that you can use for a fee. Also, the cable is sometimes not working, but we really didn't watch tv that much. There was a water heating problem for a few days, but they fixed it rather soon.

We really had a great stay here. It was really warm and cozy. It has a lot of space, a lot of kitchen appliances. The metro station is near by, and also the bus station. Aldi and rossman are also located by the stops.

- staff is very greedy for money - due to a design failure the door between the bathroom / sleeping room can't be completely closed (gap of ca. 2 fingers) - as the fan only delivers a poor job, moisture, smell (and noises) from the bathroom are directly felt when lying in the bed - we asked for amother room which doesn't have this flaw, but they wanted 50 EUR for this (!) - baby crib available for a fee (we never had this before)

The apartment 101 is great, new, and very clean. Hase everything you need for staying. Even though it is situated on the ground floor, it is quiet.

Hard to make real claims )) May be a small thing: a minimal set for cleaning shoes would be helpful, especially in winter season. However, we are experienced travellers, so we had our own set 😎 Weather at the arrival was somewhat challenging (see last photo) but this is not a hotel staff to be blamed ))

Quiet place, very close to U-bahn station, which allows convenient connection both to the work place and to the main attractions in Munich. Appartment was comfortable, clean and perfect for 2-person's stay. Good soundproofing. Nice kitchen equipped with everything you need for self-cooking.

Very comfortable apartment. Clean and neat. 1. Metro (tube) station is almost near the apartment. 3 min of walk. 2. Everything for life is inside apartment. Including Expendables for washing, cleaning, so on... 3. There is a hot line that reacts if something goes wrong. 4. There is a washing machine in the basement. 1 wash was for 2.5 euro (u have to bring change, exect amount). There are some grossery stores near the apartment (rewe). Basically it is a residential area, but metro makes everything (siteseeings) accessible within 15-20 minutes.

The trash and recycling facilities were a little bit of a walk (300 meters).

Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the U6 subway (Partnachplatz). The kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was comforable.

Didn't use the laundry facilities as, while located in the building are not in the apartment themselves and I didn't notice any available detergent/softener etc. Similarly, I couldn't find any dishwasher tablets, so had to clean by hand. Another (small) issue was that the TV Chromecast seemed to be on another network and I couldn't connect). Thanks fully, I had brought my own which I was able to plug in.

Apartment was modern/sleek and clean and had all the necessary services/functions. Location was good (a few minute walk to U6 U-Bahn and several bus stops) in a quiet suburban setting. Several supermarkets (open until 20.00) located nearby. Wi-Fi was perfect.

coffee capsules weren't provided; this would have been a nice touch especially for travellers. bed in the main living room where I slept for 9 nights was extremely hard. Vacuum was very big and cumbersome to use. It also had a burning smell. I asked for a broom and that was provided right away - that worked well as the whole apartment was tiled. Drain in the main bathroom sink also didn't drain well. These little things should be taken care of as it makes the stay more enjoyable. Also I found blinds, and windows dusty and would have preferred to have them cleaner looking.

spacious apartment. clean building. modern decorations. lots of room especially if travelling with kids. able to do my own breakfast. host responded quickly. grocery stores near by. nice and quiet neighbourhood.
