The beds were uncomfortable in my opinion. My partner on the other hand liked the bed 😄. We had a room with a carpet floor which I find disguisting in general. The hair dryer was super sticky for some reason, probably hair gel from a former visitor. The water in the toilet was dark green, even after flushing, no idea what that is 😄

The location and the price. It was nothing special, a solid place to stay for a few days.

Great location, comfortable bed, good shower. There weren't many guests so it was also quiet. Self-Check in was perfect, though the telephone line did also work and had great service! There is even free sparkling water and coffee...

The toilet in room 18 was used, and someone took a dump in it and did not clean it. It seems some of the staff is using the rooms at their leisure.

I came late at night and left early in the morning (it was an unplanned visit, a consequence of railway troubles). I never met a single person (neither staff nor guests) but the communication was smooth and I got a good night's sleep.

The Hbf neighbourhood can be far from safe, just something to keep in mind for potential alone walks around there. Toilet paper was missing from the room, but hotel's response was satisfying. Otherwise no problems.

Very good contact with the hotel and friendly stuff. I was allowed a late check out. It is super convenient with codes instead of keys. Located close to Hbf and to Rewe. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. Will come back again.

Not having any staff on site. I understand that achieving great value for money means choices like these have to be made, but it's always helpful to have someone at check-in to give you a few tips about the city, where to park your car, nearby restaurants, etc

Above all, good value for money. The room was clean and had a nice size for three people. It met all our needs as a group of three friends. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance (~ 15/20 min) from most main areas of Dusseldorf.

There was cold in the room. We went there on November 2022, but I was sleeping with clothes.

Nice location. Near to the train/bus station. We went there for a work trip, so it was nice place to come back after long day. Worth to pay that money.

- Slow to no WiFi connection in our room (room #17) - Cleaning staff tried to open the door without knocking/asking, 2 days in a row both time before 8am. Behind the door we told them we were still in bed and asked them to leave, but he/she came back an hour later and did it again (unlocking our door without knocking in advance). There's also no inner chain lock on the door so we felt super unsafe.

There was nothing that I did not like. It was a very lovely stay.

I loved the fact that the check-in process for the main entrance and the room was fully automated. Taking the necessary information right before the arrival was very clever and we did not waste any time for checking in.
