The fan in the bathroom didn't work, so we had a strange smell of drains. The room was overpriced, but this was because of the Euro 2024, so we didn't mind.

The location was great, in a really nice part of the city with the tram very close. The room was spacious.

I thought the place was clean lovely staff amazing spa facilities my only complaint was the room was rather hot as the air con machine we were given was not very good and didn’t cool the room apart from that a lovely hotel. I can’t really rate the prices as we paid over the odds with staying during the European football but every where was the same.

We booked twin room but got a double bed! They then proceeded to say that twin is only a wish! Booking.com needs to make it that hotels only offer what they can give out. Im 39 years old and i don’t want to be sharing a bed.

We stayed here 3 nights during Euro 2024, location is pretty good. Many breakfast places, restaurants, shops around the corner. Access to public transport is also very close. Our room was in other building (new part) and very decent sized.

Our room was away from main reception and we had to walk round the block i.e. the street to access room block. Quite noisy during the night even with windows closed.

One thing that could be improved is the lighting in the room. There are only ambient lights which are nice for the cozy feeling but don’t provide enough if you want to actually see well. In the bathroom the lighting is good tho

The room temperature was comfortable and the staff was attentive to my requests. The location was a short walk from central activities and U/S bahn stops. We travelled to Phantasia Land frm the hotel, the U-Bahn station #18 was a direct ride to the park shuttle.

The parking was far away from hotel and have to pay 25 euro for each night also after checking we have to go out in street than right turn than turn and enter from back door to go your room!!

I ended up not using the spa/pool facilities, which were not as grand as the photos. Furthermore, I was alone and did not appreciate that many of the steam rooms and saunas were 'textile free' = nakedness required.

The location is perfect, and the staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. I had a very pleasant stay and the staff even granted an hour later checkout, which was very kind. There was a small fitness room and 3 different kinds of massages available if you so pleased. My room was clean, basic and tasteful, despite the hotel visibly being older of age.

The location is quite convenient, close to a church in the community, about 1.2km from Cologne Cathedral, very close to the city, and the transportation is very convenient. SPY is a highlight. The mixed bathing SPY bathhouse is great.

Some staff are kinda weird & not polite. Unhappy with their job type of vibes. But some are really nice!

Nice rooms & bathroom & overall quite clean. Lots of stuff to do in SPA area but you must be fully naked for everything (except the pools). We only used the swimming pools, one is lukewarm, and the other is a hot outdoor pool.
