Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The room temperature was comfortable and the staff was attentive to my requests. The location was a short walk from central activities and U/S bahn stops. We travelled to Phantasia Land frm the hotel, the U-Bahn station #18 was a direct ride to the park shuttle.

Nice rooms & bathroom & overall quite clean. Lots of stuff to do in SPA area but you must be fully naked for everything (except the pools). We only used the swimming pools, one is lukewarm, and the other is a hot outdoor pool.

Netherlandsthere are big difference between the staff. The tall skinny (old) man at the desk is very unpleasant, not friendly and surly. Other staff is friendly and very helpful. Also it was the first time I had to pay for the sauna as Hotelquest. After many time this is the first time, and it's not friendly. The hotel tries to recover a lot of costs from the guest, for example also energy costs 7,50 per day. This is not actual anymore and has to be included in the roomprice. For everything you have to pay extra. Positiv is the minibar, prices are good for the drinks, not expensive. Neighborhood is good and quiet, but near to restaurants and Neumarkt, Rudolfplatz.
I like the hotel including the sauna and swimmingpool. The main reason to book this hotel. Thte beds are really good in this hotel, also bathroom and nice clear and quiet rooms.
