We stayed here for 1 night and were very impressed with the room. Clean, spacious bathroom, complete with equipment. It's a pity there is less food to choose from. The welcome was friendly. Recommend tourist attractions well. The accommodation is convenient to travel by bus and tram, not far from tourist attractions. VIFI is available but cannot be used.

The staff were really accommodating. Konstantin was so friendly and went out of his way with hospitality. The outdoor garden is lovely - I wish there was a more extensive drink list for the garden. The breakfast is excellent - really excellent including the presentation. The walk into the old town was shorter than I expected and there were good restaurants in the new town, too. I had an early flight and the staff offered to make a breakfast box for me to take as I would miss the breakfast time.

The floor creaked everywhere so we were easily disturbed by moving around at night. The bedroom window was left open when the room was serviced during the day and we were kept awake with traffic noise while unaware of the open window behind the curtain.

Short walk from train station, restaurants, supermarket and scenic river walk. Nice breakfast room with a garden view and good breakfast buffet.

Unfortunately, the matress and pillows were very thin, so I didn’t sleep very well. They were nice and got me more pillows, but the matress couldn’t be fixed.

The staff is very friendly, the location is nice and the room had nice hardwood floors and a nice view to the garden.

Hotel is in a good location (very quiet) in the new town about a 15 mins walk from the old town. Lots of restaurants nearby. Large spacious room, spotlessly clean. Very large bathroom too. Lift to all floors. Helpful receptionists. Good breakfast selection.

First time in Dresden and I am glad I chose this hotel. The location is perfect as it is close to the center and we had an advent market 200m from the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. We were with a baby and they provided a crib free of charge. The hotel does not have their own parking but we parked right in front of the doors on public parking. It costed 6€ per 24h. I have my hotel for Dresden :)

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding a local tour bus near the hotel and a pharmacy. I used their laundry services which also saved me time. The rooms were impeccable and they served a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Within a short walking distance from the Old town. Very clean, spacious, pleasant rooms (at least in the Apartment, which is good for family of 3 or 4). Welcoming and attentive staff (everyone who we met - from the receptionists to breakfast ladies to cleaning ladies), speaking good English which was a rarity during our trip in Germany. Decent brakfast for different tastes. I definitely recommend this hotel. And note- car parking on the street is cheaper than in the nearby parking lots.
