It was very noisy on the hallways and you could hear everything from the other rooms. But it’s definitely value for your money with this price!

The location was perfect and the rooms were extremely clean. We missed our last train home that night so we needed a place to stay. The place was affordable and beds were comfortable.

1. Normally you should share the bathroom with some other rooms, if there are some more people taking a shower you will need to wait, in my case was pretty fine I did not need to wait. 2. Check in was a bit confusing as you don’t even know how enter in the hotel, the principal door looks close but it’s not locked so basically you just need to open it, also you don’t really know where is the staff, we checked some floors and in the second floor found a ring-bell and try, there was the friendly hotel guy who let us know where was our room.

1. It was a really affordable price for one night. 2. You don’t feel the pressure of the staff as it is just one person who manage it and was friendly. 3. You don’t need to keep on mind too much Hotel rules as it looks like an Airbnb apartment. 4. Staff can speak in English without any problem. 5. The location is pretty good, near of it is the city center.

It took me some time to locate the entrance to the appartments section of the building

Good location, very close to tram stations. Less than 10 min. walk to the city center. 5 min. walk and you get a lovely view of the Fulda river

the bathroom is just :( … the “shower place” is inconvenient , water on the floors, shower curtain sticks to you. hot water had some issues.

There is really not much to put on the "negative" side - so, what follows is complaining on a very high level. First - since there is an open kitchen in the property, there was a very slight cooking smell throughout the room. Secondly - the bathroom has a motion sensor activated light ... never seen something like that before and it could happen that suddenly one does stand/sit in the dark ;-) But as I said - for the price charged these were of no real concern for me.

The apartment is very conveniently located in the city of Kassel. Moving in and getting in touch with the property was easy and the owner was helpful and always reachable when called. The apartment itself was clean, the bed comfortable. Heating worked fine and the bathroom/shower was ok for the price.

I got a room an the last floor, Room ok clean but was really cold the first night as the heating wasn't working and i couldn't call anyone there and was a verry cold room and thinking was more colder then outside 😔 Disappointed about the room and the heating 😕

The renter told me to habe the possibility to wash my clothes. I called him and he said I can so it at the next day. At that day he said It was not possible… I wouldn’t recommend the apartment to anybody. First because of the description wasn’t the sane as at booking and second because of his unavailability to tell directly what is the situation.

The toilet was very narrow, there was no extra toilet paper rolls, no towel as well. The kitchen could have more utensils. Also the room could have a wall clock. Also no microwave, no matts on toilet or anywhere. The motion sensored light in the toilet was a pain.

I was sure that we will have our own Shower but when I got there I realized that the entire floor was divided to 4 units who shared the same shower + kitchen. also the room smelled from Cigarettes which was bad.

Well there isn't a lot to like as you will see later so what we liked was - location and wifi
