We booked this hotel at short notice when our plans to travel to Eastern Europe by rail fell apart as the result of serious flooding. We wanted somewhere quiet and comfortable in which to gather our thoughts and rework a two-week itinerary from scratch. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel is quiet even when busy and we were able to relax after a stressful experience. Breakfast is superb; a wide variety of options with attentive and efficient service.

Having booked a twin we were initially allocated a double. To be fair this was resolved very promptly and courteously. The hotel is split over 2 buildings linked by an underground passage (albeit very nicely decorated). We were in the "other" building and it was quite a walk to get back to reception/ bar / facilities. Towels and linens - although clean and ironed - were not of a very high quality. The Wi-Fi service was terrible: unavailable in our room (in the "other building") much of the time and when working it was very, very slow. For a "business" hotel this was very disappointing.

As it was reasonably hot the A/C did not work in our room and doesn’t appear to be on within the hotel, staff didn’t really care when we spoke to them in reception. We left the window open which helped during our stay..

The hotel was too far for me to walk comfortably into the city, once we looked more into the trains it was easier

Hotel layout is quite ‚scattered’ (long distance walks between the wings). Breakfast area is very busy and noisy

The breakfast is rather expensive and the hotel seems to be under renovations as the ceiling on our floor seemed like it was being fixed. This however did not have major impact on our stay.

The hotel is really big and clean. The staff were friendly and our beds were comfortable. It's a short walk to the train station.

The pool is small and can get quite noisy, but it's still a great perk to have when it's 32 degrees outside.

The breakfast was outstanding, the rooms were spacious and spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the hotel’s location is conveniently close to the city center.

Went to the pool and found a group of young tourists playing with ping pong balls.:

Very spacious roomfor 3 persons and also bathroom shower super cool with buttons to adjust temperature . Parking under hotel very convenient

The location is very good and the neighborhood is calm, it's easy to get from the airport via the U6 train to Berliner Platz station. Also Penny and Rewe markets are very close just in case :) The room was very very well cleaned with all the necessary facilities included. The pool was not that big but very clean and not too crowded, also there was a sauna which also was good.

A part of the hotel where we were doesn't have staircase. So, you have to use elevators. For amount of guests that the hotel has, there is not enough elevators and they are very slow. Breakfast was good, with a lot of options, but a bit overprices (we pid 20 eur per person).

Spaceous and clean rooms. The location of the hotel is great.

The room was good, enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location was good and convenient. Kids enjoyed the pool even though it was crowded at 9pm.

We booked into one of the mini suite because we traveled as a family. And the size of the rooms were large enough. Size of the bathroom was also large. Location wise, it is a short walk to the centre of Stuttgart and there’s options as well for those using public transports.

Lots of different lifts to get around

Nice hotel, we enjoyed using the swimming pool & gym. Clean rooms & in walking distance of the centre.

Every morning on the 4st floor the cleaning ladies speaking very loud from one end of the corridor to another, at 8:00 .

Aircon was not at its best, but at 27C outside, I understand why.

Good beds, fine bathroom, empty cooler is a plus with a supermarket 50 m down the road. Parking in basement, and a pool is good. Nice Pub and terrace for serving food and drinks.
