Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandThe hotel guests must use a long stairway to their rooms Obviously there is no elevator. But I might have overseen it.
The Location is optimal for visiting the village as well as for travellers; the train station is at foot distance away. Breakfast is versatile and the food is lovely presented. The staff is kind and faithful. One can even recomment this hotel to Münster visitors, because it takes only 14 min. by train to Münster and the price is much lower than the awful overprized hotels in downtown Münster. These are in average double high prized by conparable quality.

United KingdomHaving stayed here before we knew what to expect. The hotel is very welcoming, exceptionally clean and the beds are very comfortable. The location is great and right within the town meaning only a short walk to the restaurants and shops. Breakfast is nicely set up and the staff there are truly lovely and make you feel at home. There is car parking but unless you book your stay directly with the hotel expect to pay 3 Euros per day. There was no shower curtain because of where the window is located and just made showering more restrictive to avoid getting water everywhere. Not a major problem but worth noting with the room we had on this occasion. If you're not an early riser and want total quiet in the mornings make sure you ask for a room that isn't directly next to the breakfast area. It's not noisy but you will notice a small amount of bustle.

United Kingdommy already 10th time in this lovely family hotel that serves all my needs! prices are more than reasonable breakfast is good (not great ) but in Telgte you can’t get a better one nowhere. the owner and family are super nice and helpful. don’t think about other hotel when I come to the area, highly recommended!
