We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaShower cabin was small and difficult to get in and out of. Sharp corner in vicinity of bathroom light switch could lead to injury. Overall the lights in the room wasn’t quite strong enough.
Quite close to main bus terminal and S-Bahn station Hackerbrücke. Comfortable bed, enormous tv which offers more than free to air. Breakfast on site available, also a bakery 2 doors down the street. Close to Italian and Turkish restaurants, also Augustiner Keller.

The breakfast was really good, very nice selection of food and very nice staff in the breakfast area.

It was very close to the central bus station, malls and 30 min by walk from the city centre. Even though the room was small, it had all the necessary facilities for a short trip: Tv, hair dryer, small fridge, fan, a drawer for clothes, a big mirror, etc.

United KingdomThe bed was uncomfortably hard( and I like hard mattresses), there is no ventilation in the flat or bathroom. The provided fan or opening a window is not good enough to refresh the room. Towels had stains, and toilet didn’t flush properly.
It is pretty central in Munich, and yes the room is small for a double room, it is ok decorated for the price.

MaltaDuring our 5 day stay the first night was very hot and we only had one fan to share amongst us (4 people) but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.
Nicely located hotel, breakfast was very good and room was clean. Check-in was quick and we were allowed to checkin an hour before which really helped with our itinerary.

United KingdomI didn't double check that it had airconditioning. We probably wouldn't stay here in the summer again. It did have a fan. However, when we were there it was very hot. It also would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make a tea or coffee.
This hotel was good for the price. The room was comfortable and clean. We had a big room which was nice. It was in a convenient place for transport.

GermanyThe receptionist in the afternoon was totally impolite, I greeted him when checking in but he responded nothing and even didn‘t look at me. When he handed back my id card, he put it on the side which was apparently far away from where I was standing, so I had to move and get my id card with my heavy backpack. After getting my room card I said thank you to him but still, he reacted nothing. It‘s a cheap hotel so I didn‘t expect the staff to be super nice but he was just behaving very rude and didn‘t know anything about customer service, I don‘t know how such an unprofessional employee was trained and sent to be a receptionist. But the male staff doing the check out next morning was very friendly, that‘s the only reason I didn‘t score the „ employee score“ at the hotel as zero!!
The hotel was in good location and the price is affordable even if we booked it only few days ago

MaltaOne of the double bedrooms that I booked was too small and the bath towels never changed if though we put them on the floor because they were dirty, we found them folded back again :/ & the coffee machine was too old that it got stucked all the time we used it and no packets were replaced for us to use again :/ and int one of the double bedroom their was no coffee machine too.
The family room was very good a spacious & the balcony was amazing too. The location is realy good especially in front their is an Italian restaurant which is realy good( we ate their 3 time in 5 days) and round the corner their is a shopping complex which is realy good too.
