Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsI did find some hairs in the bath tub area but its fine. In general the room was very clean. Oh actually, unforunately, there wasn't a electric socket near my bed for charging, or easy access to one near the room's desk?! So I charged my phone in the bathroom. Also I couldn't connect to the wifi and the staff should have told be right from the beginning that if it didn't work via normal process, then I could have entered a simple code in the browser. They had a sign about this but it was not clear, or in the room.
Comfy beds, room was clean. Great size for the price.

PortugalThe room was smaller than showed in the photos. There was no air conditioning in the room and it was super hot in Dusseldorf. There was no mini bar/fridge. There was almost no space to put and open our luggage inside the room. Next to the bed there was only one light in one side and if it was on there was no space to charge a phone for example
Staff was really nice and helpful. It was possible to leave the luggage at the hotel before and after the check-in and check-out. The reception works during 24h. Breakfast was good. Beds and pillows were comfortable. There was tea and coffee available inside the room. Location was a few minutes walking from the train station as we wanted and expected but it was not noisy.

Only 2 people working at breakfast who were unable to refill the breakfast buffet quick enough and clean tables at the same time. Hotel needs more breakfast staff and a bigger breakfast area for the amount of guests. People were literally queuing for breakfast.

Breakfast was lovely and was till 10:30am on weekdays, lots of choice and was included in price. 12pm checkout is really nice too. Bed was a good size. Price was great value.

Brazilour room had 1 double bed on the mezzanine floor with stairs to climb and 2 beds was an uncomfortable sofa. in addition, the ceiling was glass without blackout and this woke us up too early with sunlight. the stairs, the sofa bed and the non-blackout glass ceiling were very uncomfortable and inconvenient. i warned before that we were a group of 4 adult women and one of them was an elderly woman and i only asked for 4 comfortable beds. I was not answered.
the positive point was the good variety of breakfast and the location to catch the train.

OmanNoisey neighbourhood. Room was made up on day 2, however only the downstairs was done. Loft / master bed was not touched. Not that it was a problem for us, however having the top floor and ceiling windows, there were no shutters - when the sun came up, you're awake.
Huge room for family of 4, with a loft with the double/master bed. Great shower pressure. Clean. Breakfast was simple but lovely. Lovely staff.
