Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

EgyptThere was construction work in the hotel which left some dust. I also had to go through so many doors to reach the room which was puzzling every time. I asked the receptionist if i can have a spoon and she denied and told me to wait till breakfast the next day. No Air conditioning too which is ok since it is already stated the hotel doesn’t have AC but in hot days it could be challenging to have a good sleep without a fan.
They gave me a room in the renewed part of the hotel. The bed was actually comfortable and spacious and the toilets were clean. Breakfast was included, not many options were there but it was just enough for the price. Also a tram right in front of the hotel that made commuting very easy. And so close to the main station

AustraliaThe room did not have air conditioning. It was warmer in Düsseldorf than I expected and, at times, having air conditioning would have been nice.
The hotel is very close to Düsseldorf's station making it very easy to get to and from the airport. It is also central enough for one to be able to walk to the Rhine, and thus the old town, in half an hour or so (there is, of course, public transport for those less inclined towards walking). There are some nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. The staff were helpful and friendly (I was especially grateful that they let me into the room before the official check-in time).

Turkeyphsical key for the rooms and complicated building plan. neighborhood is not the safest. there is casino and erotic shop right across the street and erotic movie theater next door. ıts a typical central train station neighbourhood.
Location is good. 2 min walking distance from central train station. there is a tram stop in front of the door. Rooms are spacious and very clean. however, accessing to the rooms are a little bit complicated. stairs, corridors, another stairs. ıts really not fun when you have a big suitcase to carry. there is no card key. really? in 2024?? Breakfast was good. fresh bread and pastry.
