You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Malaysiahot water tap could not be turned on, had only cold water. This is main reason for the poor rating. Hotel seems not well managed, there were many other less serious issues : no wifi in room in 3rd floor, only at lobby receptionist at early afternoon spoke merely german or english and took long time to find my booking. 2 sockets for electricity did not work (near bathroom and near bed. Only the one at TV worked TV not working (display : no signal) toilet cover loose, must fix it. carpets in main areas dirty and tissues on carpet. All matters were reported to hotel.
cheap price for this top location just 1 metro station south of central railway station. Single room was clean and cozy , good bed . nice breakfast buffet, turkish-style with olives and feta cheese.

United KingdomThere was no one really at the property to help with any issues.. I had to ring a phone mumber if I needed assistant, but sometimes there was no answer. My room had a fridge which did not work, which I found starnge. I had to use the stairs, because lift did not appear to work, but no-one was around to advise me on this. My conclusion is the service to the customer isn't very good.
The hotel was reasonably close to the city centre and not too much of a walk. It is approximately 15 minutes. Bed was clean and comfortable

You can self check-in if arriving late. Passable for one night stay if you are on a budget. Carpets in common areas have seen better days, but room was decent in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast lacks Michelin star, but whatever.

GermanyIt was a little bit dated - would have liked a lockable safe for valuables in the bedroom eg for laptop, personal material etc. Some basic things in the room, like a bottle of water and glass would be good.
The location is fantastic- 10 minutes from Essen’s train station, close to many cultural attractions (Philharmonie, theatres, parks, museums etc) and 10 minutes walk from Rüttenscheider Straße with its many bars, restaurants, cafes and chic shops. The room was easy to book, and here no one bothers you!

The staff has been really kind with us, allowing to leave there the luggages for the whole day after our checkout. The room was very large, comfortable and clean.

IranI arrived at the hotel around 3 p.m. There was no receptionist available. I waited for some time but nobody showed up. I saw the reception forms on the desks. I took it myself and filled one. During all this 10 to 15 minutes time, no body showed up. I knocked on the door behind the receptionist, but again no answer. I heard two people talking upstairs. I went up and saw that there were cleaners. I asked for the receptionist. One of them came to receptionist's desk and made a call to the receptionist. She guided the cleaner to give me the keys to a room. They asked for the money in advance and without giving any receipt or invoice. The other point that the rooms are not equipped with the standard items that the hotel usually provide, like slippers, a box of tissue, toothbrush, toothpaste, ...
It was more like a hostel rather than a hotel or we can say it was a 2-star or 3-star hotel. You should not expect the services that you usually are getting in 4 or 5-star hotels. The breakfast was simple but fair and sufficient.

United KingdomBeware of parking charge of 10 euro per night.... Concerned there was no shades on the wall lamps exposing live cables with this being above the bed.... Shower temeperature very tempermental but adequate for me... The mrs did not particulary like.
