Everything is fine, but take into account that the hotel is located on a hillside so there are not so few steps to get there from the street/parking level and once you get there, there is no lift inside. Just a thing to consider if you have mobility problems or travel with a heavy luggage or with small children. Discounted prices are available sometimes, but usually it is rather expensive.

Very nice small boutique hotel, excellent buffet breakfast served in a lovely dining area or outside, if the weather is good. Convenient parking free of charge. Walking distance to the lovely Goslar old town.

It was a bit further from the town centre than we had hoped for.

We really enjoyed our stay, we where in Goslar for a wedding, LIONO Boutique Hotel was about 10 minutes walk from the train station and very central. At check in our hosts gave us some information on the town and the best attractions, then they brought us down to our room. They also organised out taxi to the church for the wedding. The breakfast room is spacious with the option to dine outdoors in the garden. there was a good selection available. Our room was clean and a good size.

No parking available although we arrived very late so it might be our mistake. We parked on the street across, no issues but there was a storm in the night and branches hit our car :( Basement rooms are a bit too hot, it is difficult to sleep. Next time we would take on upstairs.

The heating system in our room was not working at all at night, Tried and opened everything to fix that at night but no luck. Somehow it starts working in the morning around 6AM. For the cold nights it would be impossible to sleep there. Our friends stayed in different rooms and apparently issue was only happening in our room.

Breakfast was very good. The room was quite good, big and clean. The location of the hotel is really walking distance to Goslar city center.

Staff comes at 6 a.m. to prepare breakfast. Our room was next to the kitchen. I wish they were a little more considerate of this early hour. Next time we would choose the second floor room.

We liked the hotel a lot. The design is nice and it is comfortable. we enjoyed the lively garden and terrace. Breakfast was amazing. Quality food served with love. We hope to go back one day.

The terrace was really inviting for the breakfast, but we were (rightfully) recommended not to eat there due to the wasps. Alternatively the breakfast room was really nice and comfortable, so we were happy to eat there instead - and enjoyed our coffee on the terrace afterwards.

Stylish hotel within a short walk from the medieval old town. The room was really comfortable and spacious; also due to the location of the hotel: really quiet at night. The breakfast was delicious and abundant, with local delicacies and healthy options available as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant recommended for dinner by the hotel was also a very good choice.

The bed in the extra bedroom was way too low, too short, and had an uncomfortable mattress.

Possibly air conditioning (for the few very hot days we had) or a small fridge to allow room occupants to cool water for their own use (as water was not in the cooler fridges in the cellar which held other soft drinks and alcoholic beverages).

The staff were professional and welcoming - we always had a good breakfast spread with anyone wanting eggs having them freshly made to order. Overall no real negatives on the facilities or staff.

We were rather disappointed in the rather small 'classic' room, with small windows on the lowest floor. And the hotel is quite a trek, some 20 minutes, to the (lively and fascinating) town centre.

A beautifully renovated early 20thC villa, with attractive public spaces and garden. The highlight was the superb breakfast, which we could enjoy out on the spotless terrace. Friendly and very capable staff. Just a few minutes walk from the station.

Independent late check-in was possible, very clear instructions were provided. In spite a very long delayed train, we managed to get in without issues. Plus a very neat, very spacious room, and very clean after a very tiring train ride made us sleep comfortably. We were lucky with the weather and we were able to relax on the balcony and listen to the birds chirping. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great! Although the train station was about 10 mins or less walk, but, if you can wait for the bus, the stop was right at the front of the hotel.
