Slightly awkward to find the entrance to the garage but soon sorted.

Well kitted out gym and good saunas, pool and relaxation areas. Staff really helpful and friendly. Quality breakfasts, clean and comfortable room. Underground garage for our car. Easy public transport to Stuttgart and the Mercedes museum.

Refurb room ok, but they have put air con behind thick curtains, so it don't do a lot, unless you keep curtains open which sort of counteracts the use, cos you let in sunlight and heat! Restaurant is on the terrace on summer evenings which is very nice, but the menu is nothing like a Steakhouse, in fact anything but, only two steaks on menu Rump one with a gravy one without, which you can see pic below pretty sad in my view for a steakhouse, and serve those steaks with pasta only, thats it no other choice, again you can see in picture below, which again is a shock for a steakhouse! Bathroom small shower cubicle ridiculously small

A bit remote from Stuttgart-Center and a bit of a difficulty when my taxi failed to turn up to get me to the train station.

The room was modern, and the balcony had a lovely view. The steak restaurant was amazing and breakfast was also good. Nice staff. Located in a lovely village.

The bathrooms inside of the rooms could do with an update as they are a little outdated. They dont match the design of the rooms but it certainly IS NOT something that would put me off staying here again.

The restaurant was very special, the chef and the waiter made the experience really memorable. Really tasty food, great knowledge and presentation. The spa was also fantastic. They had a very clean area, free use of towels and robes as well as a great range of facilities to use

The TVs are bad, and have 50 German programs and no connection to WiFi or mirroring possibilities. Complete useless if you're not German. At the same time, the schedule of the pool, gym and saunas is bad, since you can only use them until 9 PM. WiFi is also quite bad, all our laptops see the connection as unsecured so we couldn't connect at all.

The staff really makes up for everything else that's not the best. The management here should know how much this means! The food and amenities and facilities were all amazing as they are every time.

I was quite disappointed to find out that the gym and pool are not available 24/7 or at least for longer periods of time, not just 5 PM to 9 PM. You also have to book in advance to use the sauna, which is weird as it's next to the pool. Not to mention the spa, where I could only book a spot the day I was leaving. The TV is also unusable unless you're German, as I couldn't even find CNN or BBC World.

The hotel was generally very nice! The staff was always helpful, and the breakfast was exquisite every morning (definitely have breakfast!). The rooms were clean and spacious and well organised and had everything you needed.

Pity that we couldn't cancel our breakfest for one individual morning (out of 3) when we didn't feel well, eventhough nothing was really paid yet. Also sad that the wellness area/swimming pool was open only from 11am (when we had to be in the town already) until 9pm (we hardly managed back from the town to this time), although the hotel was full of guests that week-end and weather was extremely warm. So, many of as wanted to enjoy the pool but didn't hit the short working hours.

Nice room, comfortable bed and a big terrace with a fantastic view. Breakfest was good, but also not cheap (13€) and only until 9.30, even on Sunday.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. The room was large, clean and spacious. The parking was great and under the property. Pool / spa facilities were lovely, the staff professional and experienced. The property was also not far from the main motorways
