Needs air conditioning because there’s too much traffic noise with the windows open. Shutters good to prevent morning light but no circulating air. Is it possible to turn OFF floor heating? Instructions needed, if so. Had difficulty with digital entry and was unable to connect with phone number provided. A large sheet and light blanket would be preferable for us as both my husband and I are too hot with doonas (duvets) for sleeping.

Very comfortable bed, very safe, large room, ample kitchen utensils and cutlery, crockery, tissues provided and chairs and table provided and large lift great for large suitcases.

The lobby is a bit spooky with no one around. They should employ someone to be present at the entrance to guide us through and to make it feel like a comfortable place.

It was a wonderful stay at LimeHome. In fact, I stayed there for the previous 6 days too, but I had booked through the LimeHome website as the rate was cheaper through them. We stayed a total of 7 nights from January 1 to January 8 and we felt safe and extremely comfortable in the place. Thank you, Booking.com.

Even though there’s no staff on site, it is very easy to contact them in case there is any need. In my case, I was even able to speak in Italian with them. Very appreciated welcome goodies 😊

They did not have drinking water, they showed a microwave or oven in pictures but in reality it was not there, the duvet is small for one person and if one turns it doesn’t cover. I saw 2 insects on floor and wall. When I booked it showed me the bigger suite single occupancy; there were 2 type of single suites, but they gave me the smaller suite. When asked on WhatsApp about it I got a no solution reply, that’s what you booked. WhatsApp replies are slow. Like ask your query well in advance. Also human interaction is a total no for these guys, we are still in an age where this energy exchange makes a difference. The men on their WhatsApp are solution oriented while the ladies are just rude.

It was cozy amd clean. It had what one needs for a short trip.

The area near the bus/train station is full of weird people and drug addicts, we didn’t have any problem but it was not something i expected from Frankfurt. The 24/7 support line was not very supportive and delayed to answer. The room had a fully equipped kitchen but didn’t have a sponge to clean afterwards,although we asked for one on the support it wasn’t provided so we had to leave all our dishes in the sink which made us feel bad for the cleaning staff. In general though for the price of 62€ per night it was perfect.

It is located near the bus/train station.The interior design was very pleasing.It was worth the 62€ per night i gave for 2 nights.

The cleanliness was not great. The floors needed to be vacuumed better. There was also a foul smell from the sink, and the rag provided smelled just as bad. The fridge had a lingering food smell too. The dishwasher was also not unloaded when we got there.

They kindly provided us with a baby cot (despite the note here on Booking.com that there was no provision for cots). The room was pleasantly decorated, spacious, and well-equipped for a short stay. Contactless check in and out was also easy. Location was very central, despite that the noise from the busy street outside was not so bad.

the digital heating system was broken and there was no staff on site to repair it! The place was completely overheated because of that and the cleaning crew that was sent did not understand German or English properly, so the problem was never fixed, and the items that were not clean enough were never cleaned! Also the kitchen was not well equipped! Lots of important things were missing!

The entrance hall was a bit shabby. The thermostat in our room was broken, and so the room was a bit cold. We were offered another room but we had unpacked and settled in and didn't want to pack again to move.

Getting access codes should be made easier. I had to stay out in the cold waiting for access code. It was a stranger that helped me call and realized the forms I filled weren’t even read.

I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room despite the thermostat and it was a little warm for me to be honest. Also the room features a Nespresso machine which does not get refilled, so I ran out of pods the first day; pods are not available in every store nearby.

Room was very fashionable: large size with good furniture and comfortable bed. Fridge included, all toiletries and good shower with good water pressure. Location is close to Frankfurt Main Station but far enough away to be quiet and to avoid certain undesirable elements.

I would suggest that the access codes should be texted directly rather than requiring an internet connection to access them If no internet was available this could have been tricky particularly in a country where you may not have roaming.

This property is close to the station but on a quiet road so no traffic noise. Access was easy with the access codes sent on the day. The apartment was well equipped and very clean, the only thing that did not work was the TV with no channels available.

The cleanliness was an issue. There was a lot of dust and muck throughout the room. We used the washing machine and it was thoroughly dirty and grimy, we had to do a clean cycle of the machine before even using it because it was really built up with dirt on the inside.
