You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The room was spacious with a large tv with Netflix etc. bed was comfortable but unfortunately it was two twins pushed together with a big gap in the middle. Shower is powerful. Great shuttle service. All staff were pleasant, also shout out to the bartender who made a couple of lovely amaretto sours!

Our room was very clean and spacious. It came with a mini fridge, which is uncommon for most hotel I stayed in around the area. They have a very nice bar/lounge and dining area when you walk in. Customer service was awesome. You pay extra for a great breakfast and love that checkout is at noon. Parking was a plus!

IrelandThe breakfast was exorbitantly priced at €23 per person. I’ve never paid so much for a breakfast. The offerings were minimal too. The mirror in the bathroom is placed very low meaning one has to bend down in order to look into it. The lighting throughout the hotel is very bright and overbearing. The spotlights in the bedroom are far too bright. One rude staff member (not German) at dinner was very displeased because I wanted to send my lamb chops back to be cooked a little more. They were underdone. He basically blamed me saying I should have told him beforehand. Sorry but he should have asked me. He is the server.
Wonderful hotel. Stunning decor, spotlessly clean. Location to airport is convenient. Staff are efficient and friendly.

United StatesThe walls were very thin. We were awakened by neighbors who were intimate around 5 am, and they were very loud. I think they wanted the whole hotel to hear them. Also, it was recommended that we not use the free parking (to avoid damage) but instead use the paid parking lot. We did, but the next day we saw that all the free parking was being used and really there was no reason to believe the car would have been damaged. We felt a bit scammed but all in all, it is a great place.
Location was great after a long day of flights. Staff was very helpful and friendly - we arrived late and the restaurant was soon closing so the receptionist suggested we store our luggage at the front desk and head to the restaurant...awesome! Food was great as was our server. Great shower, water pressure, towels and hooks in reaching distance of the shower.

Greecetoiletries were missing and we asked the receptionist to give us. even though she was extremely helpful and kind she couldn't find. we went to the airport grocery store and bought some toothbrush and Toothpaste. beds were separated. there was no tea.
the location is great. only 15 minutes from cologne center by car. 5 minutes away from the airport. It was quite and clean. beds were comfortable. there was decaffeinated coffee which I could drink. there are some free parking spaces and paid parking next to the hotel.

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of choice exactly what we wanted. The room very modern and clean. Location excellent and free shuttle made it a quick transition from the airport. We asked for a little something to be put in the room for my son and got some lovely chocolates which made his day. Great nights sleep and helpful staff. Thank you 😊
