Modern well appointed hotel in great location just a short walk from train station, train comes direct from airport, and 10 minutes from Brandenburg Gate. Friendly staff, very clean and modern and great breakfast.

They couldnt fix the elevator for 2 days! The elevator didnt come up to the first floor and they couldnt fix it through my entire stay. You might say, oh its just 1 floor its probably not a big of a deal but it was. Because of the bad design of the staircase you need to go down 3 floors to -2 then walk through a hallway and get on a different staircase to go up 2 floors to the lobby every time which got exhausting.

The room was nice and clean & without windows. The hotel lobby was extremely crowded. The location is perfect.

We explicitly requested a room with two beds and they gave us a queen bed. Not sure if it was Booking's or the hotel's fault, but quite annoying nonetheless.

The location is great. Walking distance to the Brandenburg Tor for those interested. Nice restaurants in walking distance and also a train station close as well. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was standard and comfortable.

A double bed being offered should have the sheets to match the bed not two singles next to each other with two separate sheets. I fell in between the beds and it is dangerous

They were very helpful in allowing my arrival at 2am after a train journey. The room was comfortable and the shower was good. Everything was clean and had a fresh feeling.

The floor was not thoroughly vacuumed. i saw some food crumbs on the floor. The bed is a bit soft for my liking. I just wish the room was a bit bigger coz there's not much space between the bottom part of the bed and the wall, narrow if u are a bigger person or for two people.

New and modern rooms, the color is pleasing to the eyes. I'm a tea drinker and i really liked that it has tea kettle. Location was good close to the train station. There are many restaurants to choose from in the surrounding vicinity. It was an overall good stay.

Size of room, wifi, double bed instead of twin beds

Location, beautiful bathroom, service, staff, everything was top—top, but the size of the room was all too small for a 4-star hotel. There was hardly place for two suitcases on the floor or space around the beds. Wifi was erratic, even after complaints to the helpful staff. We asked for two separate beds, not a double bed, but we couldn’t move the beds away from each other more than 5 centimetres because there was no space.

they NEED one or two extra coffee machines on the buffet area. Most of the mornings there was a considerable line to get coffee, and when it's a very busy morning, you have to be careful not to leave your table or the staff will clear out your (still full!) cups and glasses in order to make space for other guests, even if you're not finished. The beds are a bit too soft for comfort.

The rooms were modern and clean, as well as quiet. The breakfast was really good and with a lot of variety of fresh ingredients. Staff was really friendly, quick and helpful, and kept the lobby area very clean. On our last morning of our stay, there was a false fire alarm and even then then the procedures to evacuate people were fast and clear. We didn't get any compensation for the early 5 am morning rise, but the staff was nice and helped us order a cab so we could reach our flight on time.

Asking a few times if you will do without room cleaning via tablet in room. Also, fire alarm meant we had to evacuate room at 4.50am & stand outside for over an hour. No fire but some gas levels in part of hotel had risen. Difficult to go back asleep after that, so were tired then during the day. Obviously safety comes first but would have been nice if hotel had used the tablet to communicate about this, and acknowledge & apologise for inconvenience to guests.

Comfortable hotel, good air conditioning and comfy beds so slept well. Great location. Really good for walking to most visitor attractions. Nicely set back from main road so in a quiet spot. Ideal base for a city break.
