You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Property is located in a very good location, near center of the village. Food in the restaurant was very good. Bathroom was a bit small but clean and functional. Room had windows on two sides, but given the quietness of the village this was not a big problem.

United KingdomEverything was fine. My constructive criticism would only be: (travellers from the UK) can we have an option for a UK to EU adapter to the wall socket, please? We had somewhere in our bottom of the luggage at the bottom of my car boots :( If you could leave two adapters on the welcome desk, that would be brilliant. Obviously, if it's goes missing, you can charge people's for it. Other than that, we enjoyed our short trip at your hotel (as always)
The staff was really helpful and we were able to keep in touch with them any time. We arrived late when the check-in was closed, but our ordered hot meal was in the oven waiting for us pippin hot. I liked the earplugs however, I think I was the loudest with my snoring 😬 we did have a chance to use or check the other facilities due to we needed a good sleep and hit the road on the following morning obviously after the buffet breakfast 😀

we stayed at the hotel for only one night as a overnight stay while traveling. Polite staff who spoke really good English. Room was of good size, bathroom was a bit small. The shower was very nice though. Everything was clean. Beds were good and during the night it was quiet. The restaurant serves excellent German food and VERY good beers. We travelled with two dogs, there were even bowls and a blanket provided for the dogs! We didn't have the breakfast.

The place is close to the autobahn, quiet and cozy. The receptionist went over the moon and the food we ordered from their menu was in the oven to keep it warm until we arrived. The staff, the food, the place and the village was all great. We had a fantastic night there. Shame that we arrived late and needed to hit the road early morning :(
