We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyOur street-facing room was noisy due to traffic at night, making it hard to sleep with the windows open. Additionally, smoke from our neighbour's balcony occasionally drifted into our room. Overall, despite these minor issues, we would recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and excellent service.
We had a mostly positive experience. The location is fantastic with great views, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel was spotless, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although the pool and sauna were a bit old, they were very clean and often empty.

United StatesBreakfast was ok. Eggs were out both mornings that we stayed and we had to wait for that to be replenished. I mistakingly thought the hotel was closer to town so if we wanted to eat elsewhere we would have had to drive.
The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable to include the beds in the family room with two teenagers. The food in the restaurant was delicious and they used locally sourced ingredients when possible.

Nice family run guest house, they provided recommendations on hikes to do and engaged in conversation about running a small business in today’s economy. There is a pool and a small sauna. Also, a small bowling alley which you can enjoy for a small cost. Great fun for the whole family. Nice breakfast and provided gluten free bread upon request.

FranceThe room had no air-conditioning or fan, which would normally have been fine, but these were the hottest days of the year. There wasn't even a breath of fresh air in the room.
The pool was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately, we were there during an unexpected heatwave. Picturesque setting. Many hiking paths pass by the hotel.

They enjoyed time in the pool and especially like the bowling lane. We had a delicious breakfast and the meal we had for dinner at the restaurant connected to the hotel was really wonderful. We hope to visit again!

NetherlandsWhat a little gem! Super dog friendly, indoor pool, many languages spoken by the staff, great customer service from everyone we interacted with. Really pretty small town. We loved the restaurant for dinner and the included breakfast had a good selection. We hiked up the past vineyards and orchards directly in front of the hotel.
