Calm and quiet area

On the first evening we only had 1 package of milk and a very small selection of hot drinks to make. We arrived quite late (21:30) due to traffic. We asked if the kitchen was still open, even just for something cold and received a very rude "no". No attempt was made to advise us where we might find something. Parking is free and in a nearby garage, however this is also used by residents in the nearby apartment building. Quite a few cars, without license plates full of dust were parked on the hotels spaces.

Check-In was simple and easily done over the Terminal. The room was clean and tidy, it also had a small fridge. Additionally a small tea/coffee station was available. We found a great small bakery only 5 min away.

The roof pitch in one side of the room meant you couldn’t stand up on that side. Had to crawl into bed. Bathroom was updated but small, which is not unusual in Europe. Hotel restaurant was expensive, but the food was delicious.

It was east to get into city center, close to the train station. Room was clean, had a window into a cute courtyard. Enjoyed the on-site hotel restaurant.

Everything as described, room was clean and check in/out process was easy and efficient. Slightly on the small side and a bit out of the city but to be expected for the price.

Nice stylish hotel in a quiet green area of Munich, close to public transport stops. Self-checkin option works good.

Some staff lacked good English. They forgot to clean our room even though we left the door sign for the room to be cleaned. Once we alerted them to this though, they cleaned it immediately.

Despite booking a better room category the upper level rooms are really small snd have too low ceiling.The bayh had mold in several spots so that you could smell it. And unfortunately the worst part: Personnel was dis-interested in creating a welcoming experience. Especially at the breakfast: there was some kind of a conflict between the staff members and we got to feel it via very bad attitude and service. Disagreement between personnel can happen, but do not show these to customers. Not really making us feel to come back again😞

Location is convenient and the building sureounded by trees is nice. Cosy interior and nice beer garden / terrace. Spme free parking on the side streets or a spacious garage for extra cost available. Relatively expensive breakfast when booked separately but tasty options available.

Wonderful, cozy location. Quiet. Lovely to have a meal in the courtyard under the chestnut trees. Within walking distance to Munich Messe.

The price is what I liked :) fair price honestly. We all stayed 1 night. Rooms are a bit old, clean as it could be, no problems, just you all know the smell of old rooms. Beds are ok, comfortable, sleep ok. I would recommend 1-2 nights, but not for a week holiday.

Shower didn't hold the temperature well. Beds were very loud while turning.

- One must note that to use the Hotel's (underground) parking, there is a 12 euro/day fee.

- Well located: Outside Munich centre but the centre is still only 15-20 min away by car or by S bahn (from nearby s banh station) - Good rooms: spacious, comfortable and clean - Great breakfast

super small room and the room didn’t have an A/C. Also, we came with luggage and since there was no elevator, we had to carry two large suitcases by hand to the 2nd floor. The staff were very nice and the room was clean.

We stayed there because of the proximity to the Adele in Munich concert. Value for money was very low, it was very expensive because of the concert.

We struggled to find our room since there are two different buildings - not well indicated. The map of the hotel is also not on a good accessible location.

The location was very convenient. The place was lovely and cosy yet modern.

The hotel has really nice garden and we love black tea , they have really good one.
