The room could be cleaner. Breakfast was fresh but no omlete/scramble eggs. There are no options for gluten-free. The team really tried to help and accommodate that. The bed needs some mainatance (making a noise)

The hotel is a sweet boutique hotel. Very pet friendly and free parking. It is located in a very quiet village area. Right in front, you can find a beautiful landmark (ruin). we enjoyed walking with the dogs The stuff is very nice and hard-working people. Kathryn was doing her best to help us during breakfast (we don't eat gluten). The place has a lovely restaurant, and the team also arranged for us a salad (no gluten free options). The coffee is great!

The room was prepared for one person. We requested additional towels, blankets that were brought to room, but we’re still missing the water, glass, toiletries, towels.No apology from staff. Room was cold and bathroom quite small. Empty minibar. It looks like everyone is focused on restaurant guests not so much on the hotel guests.

The breakfast was plentiful, varied, with homemade jams, fresh fruit salad, delicious breads. Dinner was exceptional. The food was delicious, beautifully presented. Location is peaceful and quiet, in rolling hillsides

It was a very enjoyable overnight stay. Climatically furnished rooms. Clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast (very good coffee and delicious bread). Very nice and competent staff. The charming location of the hotel.

A pity the garden was closed because of not enough staff. We brought our dog but didn’t know we had to inform the hotel before arriving. They were not happy about this but it was solved in the end.

We were a bit disappointed about the room. The pictures on the internet give you the impression that the rooms are large and a nice view. But the room was quite small and the view on the back was just on the backyard of the hotel. We had to close the window because hotel staff was smoking downstairs. Also funny was the construction of the shower, ...it has a full door (not sliding ) which means if you want to get into the shower and close the showerdoor you have to fit into a 25cm opening in order to close the door. It's not we expect big luxuary or top quality at a moderate price, or we want to criticize, but things like that are just strange .... maybe the staff should go and take a shower and experience the problem themselves ..... once again , we don't want to be negative, but if you want to get your hotel business going, try to see what is important for your customers .... The area is isolated, nothing to do , so just go here if you are on the road and want a good stay for one night.

Staff was very polite and friendly, the breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was also good . We slept very well.

An extra pillow ?

Beautiful room, quiet, tranquil, an excellent restaurant serving locally sourced food, super continental breakfast. The staff are all so friendly and always helpful. This was my fourth stay here and I will book again.

The staff were not so helpful, the room was disappointing and did not look anything like what we booked, the bed had hairs on, dinner took hours & was very salty. The room was also very tacky in its design. A disappointing stay.

It was awfully noisy until 3 a.m. There´s a restaurant on the first floor, people were really loud, probably there was some kind of celebration. And when we arrived the room was prepared for only one person... one pillow, one duvet, 1 set of towels... they said they would bring them right up...but it took them 2 hours. When we asked for them again, one of the workers was kind of rude. "If they told you they will get them, they will" I said we wanted to sleep, he said "well, what do you want me to say..." We asked a third time and someone brought them in 15 mins.
