We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable. Modern bathroom. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was served in the Vinotek, plentiful and tasty. The staff were lovely and friendly and also spoke English when we struggled with our broken German. Definitely recommend.

The rooms were really well presented, with a lovely en suite bathroom. All of the floors are solid wooden and the wardrobes and bed surround too being solid high quality wood. The breakfasts are very good together with the staff being really nice and really well trained. The hotel is near to other restaurants and cafes but the hotel restaurant is very good too.

Kragemanns was a great choice. Contemporary and beautifully renovated. Fabulous comfortable room and bed, great shower. Right in the middle Of town for a few eating choices. Good quality German breakfast. And excellent easy parking and strong wifi.

BelgiumThe matress was very uncomfortable and the bed made a lot of noise. In fact, the general sound-proofing was not good: the surrounding noises (water of other rooms running, other guests etc) came through very clearly. The shower was binary in terms of temperature, you could choose between "burn yourself" or "freeze yourself", but it was impossible to get it just right.
The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The location is great if you want to visit the Eifel region around it. The wine bar has excellent wines (although food selection is rather limited).
