This is an exceptional hotel with a great location, friendly stuff, an excellent restaurant (Donga) and the KPM museum behind. A 5-min walk from the Tiergarten station, and close to many attractions on the west side of the Tiergarten park - make this hotel the best we have stayed with so far in Berlin.

The modern interior and the cleanliness of the property was amazing. The breakfast and dinner available was excellent too.

The curtains did not seal well and there was a strong light from the early hours of the morning.

We loved everything about the hotel: Cleanliness, comfort, the quality of the equipment in the room and the kindnesses of the staff. We will surely come back again.

The Wi-Fi had its moments, but was mostly fine. Just depended on where I was in my room.

Overall we had a great experience, our room was spacious and clean (trust me I'm a Virgo). We could easily adjust the room temperature and lighting as we wish. The amenities such as shampoo, conditioner etc. were of good quality. The neighborhood is safe and very close to Tiergarten. Thank you for everything and we will definitely stay here again.

The noise level due to the KMP manufacturing … yet in some ways it was our fault … the hotel had dedicated a room with balcony to us … which faced the manufacturing facility … by the way one of only 2 rooms with a balcony … in general the hotel was very apologetic about the noise and gave as a room rate reduction …

I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy place in Berlin. Very convenient location, close to S-Bahn. Spacious and clean rooms, well-equipped, I loved the bed. Wide variety of foods available for breakfast.

I have no such observations, except maybe for parking. The hotel has parking, unfortunately not for all guests.

Hotel very good, cuisine great, staff helpful, my stay was short, but I expect that for a longer stay everything would be just as great. A place associated with the production of porcelain of the well-known brand KPM.

Room was spacious and got a lot of natural light. Bed was super comfortable and bathroom floor was heated which I loved. Breakfast buffet had ample offerings and service was prompt and courteous. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and the meal was delicious. Location and proximity to park worked well for us.

Breakfast very good selection and fresh food. The location might be better but jump on a bike or scooter and in good weather it was very nice to just enjoy the ride to see some interesting places :)

Staff was great. Fitness room was nice and had sauna. We had wonderful at the Dong A restaurant in hotel . Interesting location near the KPM Ceramics facility. Short walk to the S Bahn.

the room has thick curtains to make dark for a good night sleep but the sun comes in early in the morning. it's better to have a sleeping mask. it wasn't a big deal for me but maybe ask to get a room on the side of the hotel that doesn't get direct sun in the morning

the interior design is amazing and the staff is excellent and friendly. the hotel is contemporary and stylish. the facilities are great. the breakfast is amazing... I mean the whole restaurant inside the hotel is very very impressive; maybe one of the best I had in Germany. The room and the bathroom were spotless and very comfortable

This should've been our Honeymoon..but one of our fathers sadly passed away just over a week ago... we've delayed the wedding for a few months.. Having booked the flights/Hotel we decided to still go. We were humbeld by the effort the Hotel had taken to make what they thought was our Honeymoon be special...It made for a lovely stay...Thank you so much it was very much appreciated X

One of the rooms had a mechanical issue with the door (unable to keep it closed, opened with just a push, even without the keycard), couch had unnerving stains

Great bed! Luxurieus bathroom. Spacious rooms. great location, quiet neigbourhood. few minutes walk from S Bahn and 10 minutes bike ride to BrandenburgerTor. With an excellent sandwich bakery opposite the entrance for a great breakfast.

Underground hotel car park too low for our car, not mentioned in any of the advance info. Fortunately not a problem finding onroad parking very close by.

Very nice hotel, comfortable, large rooms and good in-House Asian restaurant.
