Not having an elevator could be an issue. Was an inconvenience on arrival and departure.

Loved our stay! Staff at the hotel was exceptional. Location was right on the river was great. Great views of the river and walk downtown was easy (even with the construction).

We had a room in the adjacent annexe Augusta, very good size and amenities but non existent WiFi though the speed was fine in the main hotel and breakfast room

Really nice quiet location in a residential area on the bank of the Rhine. Delightful friendly staff. The kitchen was closed the night the night of our stay as the chef was unwell. But excellent recommendations of places to eat within walking distance

This was a wonderful stay for our 2 nights in Koblenz. Very close to where we wanted to tour in the Moselle Valley and the Rhine Valley. We had two rooms, one in the hotel and one in the additional building which was just around the corner. Beautiful rooms! The breakfast each morning was really great, with a lovely view of the river. We walked along the river both evenings on our way to dinner. The staff were very nice and there to make sure that you have everything you need to have a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!

We were housed in a separate block to the main hotel, whilst the room was freshly decorated, there was still work going on to install a lift. The car park was conveniently located at the back of the block which was good. The location was good, within easy reach of the city and riverside.

Nothing to really dislike. The only thing that let it down for us was breakfast. We were asked what time we would go for breakfast, when we got there at 9am, the buffet was seriously depleted. We asked for eggs which were replenished , but choice wasn't as good as other hotels we'd stayed in Germany. Also the hotel is closed at 11pm, so not possible to have a late night drink.

Good location, with a lovely view of the Rhine. Easy to park there for a cost of 12 euros, although there was cheaper on road parking, which the hotel staff did tell us about. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the Rhine. In easy walking distance of the old town, where we went for dinner( the hotel doesn't have a restaurant)

One of our party required Gluten Free food that you said you could not provide. You should be able to accommodate this. It is not difficult to do. We travel to lots of countries to small Hotels and they manage it.

We were at a wedding that went very well. All our guests enjoyed the Hotel and loved Koblenz. When we visit again we will stay at this Hotel

Considering the location and the price I actually loved the place. I thought the staff could be a bit friendlier.

Amazing location and really good value for money. I really liked the old-school 60s-70s style, but the hotel is actually old and the interior too. Nonetheless we got an amazing room with an amazing view, so I couldn’t ask for more.

Patrick Baumgarten is a super hero!!! My friend lost her cell phone while cycling along the Mosel. Some kind person found it and turned it in to the hotel they were staying at. Patrick coordinated a taxi ride to the hotel for us, had the chef prepare food for us to take on the taxi ride (since we had arrived late at the hotel) and poured a beer for us to drink as he carried our luggage and escorted us to our rooms!! I have never experienced that outstanding level of customer service anywhere in the world!!! Well done Patrick!!
