The location.. bit of a tumbleweed area not much about, also out tv stopped working asked twice for it to be fixed & no one came so did it myself in the end.

I didn’t like that the shower was in the bath and the bathroom didn’t seem as modern as the rest of the room. The cost of the breakfast was expensive, €18 per person per day, we preferred to go out for breakfast for more variety and for it to be cheaper

The staff were friendly and polite, it was a nice touch having a baileys at check in! We got upgraded for free and the room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We got four free drinks from opting not to have the sheets changed which we were happy to do to preserve wasting water. What was useful was the underground/overground being right next to the hotel which was great and useful. Loved having the sauna in the hotel and it was great having it on our floor.

The hotel is in a good and relatively quiet location. There is excellent access to both the U-Bahn and buses, with the U-Bahn station right in front of the hotel. The staff were friendly but not intrusive, and they didn’t give the impression of supervising us. They were very helpful with their advice. The breakfast may seem modest at first glance, but in reality, it offers an unlimited supply of good coffee, different types of bread, fruit, vegetables, meat products, and eggs. Everything is continually replenished fresh. (This is something I haven’t always encountered in hotels in similar locations and price ranges.) I do find it interesting, though, why hotels often use cherry wood veneer everywhere, which quickly looks worn and damaged. I also don’t understand why they don’t install simple faucets, perhaps for 50 euros from IKEA or a similar store, as every faucet tends to be stiff and cumbersome. But this last point certainly doesn’t apply to just this hotel.

Parking situation is a nightmare. Shouldn’t be advertised with parking if parking isn’t available on two of two nights. Parking on the street isn’t even possible due to residents‘ restrictions.

There was a lack of restaurants to eat outside the hotel in the immediate vicinity

The location, although a distance from the old town, was perfect as it was located right next to a subway station with direct line to the old town in 10 mins. Breakfast was very good.

Definitely needs renovation, everything is old and used. Very pricey for what you get for. The terrace is very nice but it gets loud in the rooms.

It Was difficult to find available space for parking a car but Vladimir an amazing member of staff sorted it out for me. Also another member of staff gorgeous and helpful lady permit me to park it in front of the hotel during the night. Much appreciated!

Parking was on the website. After numerous questions, the Holiday Inn down the street had plenty of parking at 30 euros per night. The hotel says parking, but typically have only a few for the entire hotel.
