We stayed at the hotel at the end of August and simply enjoyed every moment. The weather was warm, and in the afternoon, it was pleasant to relax in the hot tubs. The service was at the highest level, the rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent and varied. The service was very friendly and pleasant! We really loved the entire experience. The hotel’s restaurants were of the highest quality. We especially appreciated Eric from the team, who was at the entrance and helped us a lot! We look forward to returning in the winter during the snowy season.

The only problem was that being high up in the mountains, we were somewhat isolated from the town which meant that to get to and from the hotel it was expensive because we had to use taxes to get back-and-forth

The property was immaculate. Very comfortable and clean and the staff were always on hand and always very friendly. The pools added a touch of luxury and the room was exceptional.

Having to leave.

One of the most enjoyable stays at a hotel I have ever experienced in my life. The services here are top notch. Every single staff member was incredible. The level of cleanliness at this hotel is off the charts. Food was amazing. The setting is breathtaking in every direction. Not one single detail was missed. I’m was so impressed with everything.

Very long wait for my food to arrive during dinner, although the restaurant was not busy. Also I was seated at an odd table, far back in the room, in a virtually empty restaurant. Also the 100€ surplus per night for bringing your dog is simply indecent.

The sommelier!

Every single member of staff was excellent. Sadly apart from the restaurant Sommelier how was odious and ignored us other than ordering the wine and bringing the bill. He didn’t even pour the first glass of Chablis for us. We ate at the Hotel the first night and didn’t go back because of him, which was a shame. However, absolutely everybody else was perfect!!!!

I'm struggling to find anything. Staff could have told us there was free public transport around berchtesgaden when you ask them for a guest card. This allows you travel on local buses free. In fairness most guests had their own cars so maybe not something they think about but would have been useful for us as we had no car with us. Other than that I couldn't think of any negatives.

Hotel was outstanding. Beautiful view from our room. Staff so accommodating, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was incredible.

Nothing! Honestly this place is perfect!

In a word, everything! The place is beautiful! The views are to die for! The spa and pool is fantastic! But most of all the staff is unbelievable!!! Every single member of staff we encountered was amazing. Always smiling and ready to help with any and everything. A sense of humor and familiarity but always with the utmost respect. A proper 5 star experience and we can’t wait to go back!

I could not book table for my family with 4 guests even if I stayed there for week it was not possible. I received information that the restaurant is overbooked even if it was not 50% was empty.

The most beautiful hotel in Germany, I loved everything I loved the view from my room amazing and the surface was fantastic they were so kind specially (Sam ) the manager of the bar he was so kind with my son He was humble,, and strived hard to meet our requests and do them himself. .the food is amazing the spa wonderful the restaurant amazing ‎‏I advise everyone who wants a distinctive residence to stay there

The view was obstructed by a tree, given we booked a panorama view and paid much more for we would have been better to have the less cost room

Rooms could be cleaner, we have dust allergies and had a difficult time although room was cleaned and hypoallergenic bedsheets were made. We requested the bed (2 mattresses) to be individually made, and they accommodated however the next day the bed was once again made with a single sheet over both mattresses.

The location is great for the area. Breakfast was really good. Staff is great. Spa area is excellent.

The grill restaurant food wasn’t worth the price. For example the main dishes were not that great. Also for the entrecôte the waitress did not explain that it was only cooked one way.
