My experience in Jupa's Hotel was exceptional, the place was very accommodating to my requests to allow my brother to the room as my flight was delayed. On arrival, Andi was waiting outside for me, and kindly helped me with my luggage. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and had a large selection of hot and cold foods. The location was a very quiet area, with plenty of restaurants around. Also ideal for smokers with the outdoor garden.

The room was a bit small. With motorcycle travelling there is always a lot of things, motorcycle helmet, clothes, boots etc. They take more space then regular clothing, so it’s always nice to have space for that/

We could check in on our own and as we were travelling late it was huge help.

This hotel is family owned and the owners/hosts take great pride in the property, and were so warm and welcoming with their hospitality. The traditional German breakfast was amazing...and freshly attended by a lovely host each morning. It had all the things Germans like for breakfast—both hot and cold—and for me as an American, fun to taste and sample. Hotel Jupa's generous and changing layout of so many breads, butter and soft cheese spreads, multiple cheeses, fresh-cut fruits, three types of eggs, two types of sausage has to be experienced to be fully appreciated. I stayed 6 days, and had different samplings each day. And when I left at 4am on Sunday, the host had prepared a hearty 'take-away' breakfast for my to enjoy at the airport. My room was clean or even cleaner than hoped for. The bed, closets, drawers, work desk were all that any guest could want, and no detail missed. The bathroom was crisp and modern, with 'new' Moen-brand plumbing fixtures. The shower was efficient, had great water flow, and was enclosed by accordion-glass doors that were water-tight, unlike similar showers in the U.S. I woke one morning to one of the hosts hand-sweeping the parking area of dried leaves and twigs. Just wonderful in every way! It was fun to take daily walks in the neighborhoods and streets of Angermund. THANK YOU!

The ladies at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Quiet neighbourhood- easy connection into the City and there’s a really good family run pizza place 100m from the Hotel.

The only problem was the wifi in my room.

It was a really nice property in a cozy and quiet neighborhood near Düsseldorf airport. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The only problem was the wifi in my room. Other than that I had a really enjoyable experience there :)
