It was difficult to find the right door, there were no signs. Restaurant manager had to help a bit.

You can see into apartments opposite so needed to be aware but there are privacy blinds so as long as they are down it was fine.

Great location, easy to get to from main station. Excellent communication from Klaus with very handy instructions from the airport. Lovely apartment with everything you need.

There is a restaurant located in the courtyard which made it very noisy at night and couldn't open the windows

Only one thing which was irritating… the parking.. So it is not 1euro/h but 3 and it wouldnt take our cards and when you are from the netherlands, the apps dont work eather. So we had to collect 39 euro’s a day for parking. Later on, all the machines were not working so we called Klaus for help haha, he helped us very accurate. There is free parking 1 km further from the hotel but its not the best option to do when you own an more expensive car. So before you go, bring coins🤣

We loved staying in Klaus’s apartment. The setting was lovely, it being located inside an attractive courtyard. It well appointed, although we didn’t really cook. It was located within walking distance of the centre and shops, bars & restaurants locally. The bed was super comfortable & the shower was very powerful with lots of hot water. We visited when the temperatures dropped to slightly below freezing and we were really comfortable & warm. Klaus was excellent in his communication before, during and after. Thankyou!

I had a problem with getting into property however a phone call to host immediately solved my problem. A spacious, well equipped apartment in a great location & within easy walking distance of museum island, also with great choice of restaurants, cafes & good supermarket so close.

The check-in instructions were a little confusing at first. Also, the apartment doors can be opened from your phone, which doesn’t really feel safe - what if your phone isn’t charged, it’s lost…or who else can access the doors then? Also, there were quite a lot of little spiders in the apartment 😅

Great location with a good restaurant downstairs. Although there is considerable noise from the restaurant outdoor seating, it closes promptly at 22. Overall a nice apartment, great balcony!

The kitchen lights could be stronger. The ventilation in the bathroom is a bit loud, even through 2 doors.

Great location, everything is near (supermarket, public transportation, tourist attractions) It's possible to cast media to TV.

Initially a very strong smell of drains in the bathroom; shower head was falling to bits. The kitchen, all very nice and trendy but designed by someone who doesn't cook – no utensils bar a plastic fork, no chopping board, oven gloves etc, etc. One night music from one of the other flats began at 05:00…

Good location in the centre, very accessible from Hbf or airport; restaurant in courtyard gave an atmosphere and quietened down after 22:00.

We stayed for 6 nights in September when the weather was very warm. We were in apartment 7. The restaurant and its courtyard noise were a real problem for us as there was no air conditioning, just a small fan and the only opening window was directly above the open, huge restaurant courtyard. Restaurant hours are 6pm - 1am. We had 3 nights where the noise went past 1.00am. The courtyard was full every night and the noise was deafening from 6.30pm - 10pm. The ventilation system for the restaurant is above the apartment bathroom and is very loud. Three doors need to be shut to soften the noise. The kitchen is very dark and not well equipped. Internet is unreliable and the streaming services often fell out.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants and supermarkets. Comfy bed. Communication with host was prompt.
