Around of hotel is striptize clubs. That s why if you are solo travel and with kids, that hotel is not suitable.

The location is the best and very near with central statue and outlets street.

Elevator was not working while our stay. Stuff is not responsible while issue happened with room, noisy outside near to room and at the outside

Lots of noisy and shady people outside the street during the evening/night. One can sleep only with earplugs if having a room towards the street.

Construction site all around, the location crowded with migrants and suspicious looking people, a strip bar or something like this was just next door from the hotel, dirty pavement, not easy to go with a suit case.

The hotel itself was quite acceptable especially for one night stay. Breakfast was included but I did not have it just because I prefer to get up later, so cannot assess. The personnel was nice and helpful, the room small but clean and with everything necessary even a small refrigerator was available and a bottle opener. The location was good in terms of proximity to the central rail station and U-bahn (metro).

the pillows are not very comfy at all. the room is kinda small, the cleaners talk so loudly outside sometimes so it's hard to sleep. the staff aren't very happy or friendly, just mostly quiet. One lady on reception wasn't happy when I brought the iron back because apparently it was supposed to go to a different place but I didn't know. There is only one tiny lift and it takes a long time and only fits 2-3 people comfortably.

the breakfast was really nice. a selection of fresh fruit, cheeses, hams, nuts and juices. In the room when you first enter, you'll find a little bag of haribo teddies.on the bed, and a tiny bar of Milka by the tea cups. a really nice thought! there's a mini fridge, wine glasses and in the bathroom a pack of tissues which was also nice. nice shower . the location is great!!

The bed was advertised as a queen bed but we got a very small double bed. It was quite noisy on the first night with people yelling and screaming just outside our door. Obviously other tenants could give a shit. As for Munich itself it was quite a unsavoury area. Very scary to walk around at night. Munich has been ruined by all the different nationalities

The lift was out of service, so getting back after being outside involved a climb of 4 stories (3 to come back from breakfast). The room was very much on the small side. Hardly enough room to turn around and soap myself. If the soap fell, I had to leave it because there was not enough room to bend over in the shower. I like to sleep with a pillow between my knees but couldn't do this as there was only 1 pillow on the bed. The doors let a lot of the hallway noise come through. Especially because my stay was during Oktoberfest, there were lots of people returning late and banging on doors.

The room was very small. There was no electrical socket in a bathroom, have never faced such situation before. Seems the problem with sockets is quite serious, basically it was possible to use it only by extension cord.

Unfortunately there was no air condition, so we had to keep the window open and the street was noisy at night.

Having no AC in 30°C weather was unbearable. The location was a bit shady, didn't feel safe on my own at night.
