You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceParking has limited spaces. There is a P+R parking on the other side, but you can't pay in advance for the following day. You need to pay before 8:00 AM for the same day, but it's affordable—only €1.50 for 5 hours.
Very clean, the room is perfect and the food in the restaurant was nice.

RomaniaMore clear rules for the parking. It is strange to find a parking spot and then to be announced at the reception that you can not park there even if it was a parking spot of the hotel.
The location is well placed. The breakfast is good. All you should have in your mind is that if you use th location as your one night stop for a longer trip, you have to accept some strange rules regarding the parking. Otherwise everything is very good.

HungaryYou can hear everything going on in the corridor as the door doesn’t seal much noise - it did not disturb us as we were super tired and could have slept through anything 😅- also if someone is on their balcony next door. The bathroom is clean and nicely equipped although the toilet is facing the shower area which has not doors so can get everything quite wet if you staying longer with two people.
Loved the 24hr services desk and that during our road trip we got delayed and checked in at 2am, the reception staff was very kind and even answered the phone at midnight! We stayed as a couple with two dogs, the room was relatively small but comfortable and clean! The bed and pillows were really good and the blackout curtains and shutters helped a good night sleep! Btw huge built in tv in the wall. Also was a big plus that we can open the windows for fresh air and overlooked green little area. Location is perfect as car park is nearby, supermarket and bakery just outside the door and very close to the city Centre as well as nature area.

GermanyThe location is a bit off city center, but easily reachable in 20 min walk. If you are arriving with a lot of luggage by train to Passau Hbf, you might want to take a taxi as otherwise it's a 30 min walk with a lot of cobblestone streets. There is a closer train stop (Passau-Rosenau), but I am not sure if anything even goes there. DB app could not offer anything for us. The mattress was a little hard and the pillows were too thin, so we couldn't sleep very well.
Well-designed rooms, delicious breakfast, helpful staff and overall it was a good stay. The area was quiet and there is a parking lot nearby (we didn't use it though).

AustriaWe really enjoyed our stay here. The location is ok but the walk to the city center/ old town of Passau takes around 20 minutes. The breakfast is exceptional and highly recommended. Parking costs 5 EUR in front of the hotel, which is a fair price. A supermarket and a drug store are just opposite the hotel.
