The breakfast was excellent, with a good healthy selection of fresh choice freshly topped up on a regular basis, the hotel staff were all lovely, welcoming and friendly; and the car park was easy to access and right next to the hotel making it relaxing and convenient for our stay. Room and facilities were excellent, location was super too and there was a lovely little garden in the hotel where you could enjoy a quiet pre dinner drink.

Great location, close to the underground. Our suite fit a family of 4 very easily. Aircon, under floor heating in the bathroom, coffee maker, bar fridge- all made the stay very comfortable.

The mould developing in the shower grout of tiles could easily be cleaned with a little bleach to maintain standards that have been set.

The location is not central, but if that's not an issue for you (it wasn't for me) then you have nothing to worry about. Underground station is 4 mins away and you could walk to the city centre in 30 minutes

Staff were very friendly, the room was basic but functional and clean. I wasn't able to try the breakfast so I can't comment on it. A short walk from Ergo Platz underground station. Overall the hotel is not flashy but does the job very well.

Shower was blocked but was fixed in a very timely manner.

Boutique hotel spacious clean room . Nice breakfast. Reception staff were very helpful on our arrival . Car parking was available. It’s a 30 min walk to city centre but the public transport is a 5 min walk . There are several good restaurants close to the hotel .

I was expecting the gym to be better to be honest, it is mostly there for cardio workouts which I got roaming the city.

I loved how the room looked like, the balcony was spacious and nice, the bed was comfortable and the location is great, restaurants near you as well as a beautiful church and a supermarket around the corner.

The hotel does NOT have parking. There is a parking garage very near but it is expensive. Additionally it is not convenient if you are planning to drive in and out several times a day. Then it can get more expensive.

The hot cocoa in the room was amazing lol. In general, everything was modern, comfortable, a lot of attention to detail, there was a hair conditioner and a hand moisturizer dispenser and stuff like that. Great view, birds chirping, greenery, little balcony for smokers. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. Location was great, a short walk from a beautiful park and city center. Staff was very polite and accommodating.

Huge room, has everything you need (except a shoe horn) and more. Balcony! Very comfortable beds - very nice to sleep on, just great! The kids loved it. Tea, coffee, water in the room. Breakfast is very decent. Location is excellent.

Only down side we could find was that we had no hand soap or shampoo in the room bathroom dispensers, (a downside to using black receptacles, they cannot see how full they are or not)

Friendly staff with very good English, breakfast was nice, just note that you can order hot food as well as the selection of foods on display (this wasn’t very clear) The staff pre ordered a taxi for us for the next morning, nothing was too much trouble.

I didn't like the attitude of the guy in the reception at night he was too cold and we didn't feel welcomed and the toilet seat was smelled bad but after all it was a good experience

However, the fitness center, which is advertised as part of the hotel, doesn’t allow children, even with adult supervision. This was a surprise because hotel told us we can go with children there.,Despite this, the overall experience was good.
