The pillows are really uncomfortable, and sadly they didn't have a baby chair in the brakefast room, this is something they should have, the ones of Ikea are cheap and work fine!

Was really clean and easy to get there, the rooms are good and the bathrooms too, i had in my room a water cooking whit a tee, cafe, sugar and milk. I would stay again there.

The hotel was not clean (windows, bathrooms) and even from the breakfast rooms glass windows was seen that they weren't cleaned for long. The stuff was a little distant especially at the reception. The price was outrageous high (366 euros per night) which even during Fair time was shocking....

The breakfast was good but repeating exactly the same for everyday... Very few fresh salads and fruits and no options for vegetarians. Coffee was good The room was warm but the light was extremely limited, so being on a business trip was very hard to study and work after dark.

The variety of food and drinks offered for breakfast was not great. Soundproofing on the street side was also not the best one. And last but not least you could not open the window completely.

The location was good, easily accessible by three different trains and some trams and buses. So it only took 10 to 15, with walking to get to the city center. For people who like hard matrasses, this hotel is a good place to stay.

The bed table in my room was very scratched and worn down - it is not a big thing but it makes the whole room look neglected. We requested twin beds (we booked 3 rooms) and one of them was with a double bed. A coworker complained that there was a strange dripping noise in his room

The location is amazing - a 15-minute walk to Festhalle (Fair Grounds) or if you are lazy, you could use public transport. With public transport, you can get to the city center or central station within minutes. The hotel is located on a very quiet street, surrounded by beautiful buildings. They serve a great breakfast with a lot of options, although it could use some more vegan options.

There was no A/C in the rooms nor a fan and the sun hits the room windows and it‘s not comfortable to be in the room throughout the day.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly, although the service is basically the worst in Germany most of the time. The facilities are not new, but it is conveniently located one stop from the Messe underground station and surrounded by supermarkets and restaurants.

It was a good bed and bathroom was clean. The hotel is older but served the purpose for one night I needed in this area.

The room smelled old and the air conditioning didn't work properly. My colleague was rebooked for another hotel due to the failing of the ac in the 7th floor. But the new hotel was very far away to the location where we had to be at our conference.

The property does not have air-conditioning. The rooms get very hot in the evening, as the ones we stayed in had windows on the west. They provide a small table-fan on request, which makes it bearable.

The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choices. Private parking is a bit expensive at 17,50 €, but it is convinient. It is very hard to find a free spot on the street parking.

For a 4 star hotel I couldn't imagine that there were no minibar in the room. The room was very hot, and with no possibility to open the window the first night(damaged lock), it was repaired after I reported it. The springs of the mattress hurt me during sleep. The breakfast was not so great.

The location, cleanliness, calm. For the location, the hotel is located just close to: the main public transport station (métro, tramway,bus), Rewe supermarket open till midnight, and to a very busy area where there are many restaurants, shops, ...etc.

This is a 4 star hotel, it could be the best, but there is no air conditioning in the rooms. It was very hot to sleep. Otherwise, everything was great.
