Air conditioner or playing dodge sometimes works sometimes not. The window from the room was opened and didn't have a key, so we could not close and lock. After speaking on the last day with the staff, we found out that a key was necessary to close the window.

I chose this hotel because it was near the event I was attending. If you are a tourist who wants to visit the center you can take the S-Bahn (7' walking distance) and in 20' you reach Alexander Platz. Good connection with the airport, 20' trip, and 7' walk from the S-Bahn to the hotel. The breakfast was really excellent. Good balance between sweet and salty food. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows even more. Large bathroom, provided with hand-body-hair soap, no other products. The rooms are well isolated, I could not hear the other hosts. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and there is no traffic.

one night I heard someone snoring from a neighbouring room and coudn't sleep until he(or she?) stopped

Friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast, nice location at the river Spree and just 5 min walk to S-Bahn-Station (big construction site at the S-Bahn at the moment). Nice view from my window, directly looking on the Spree . Hairdryer available, good WLAN, and TV. Coffee or tea constantly available in the lobby. A few outdoor tables available.

There is no minibar or refrigerator in the room. This is very big necessity. Hope, the hotel management takes this into consideration.

Room design is unique and useful. The hotel location is quite. There is free coffee and tea service in lobby entrance. We loved this all.

The neighbourhood is ok, but not the safest feeling, as there is construction in the vicinity.

Got great travel advice from the staff (was a dinosaur exposition right next door). It's a bit out of the center of Berlin, but perfect for onward travel (we weren't visiting Berlin, only stop over).

Room was too cold. Paid almost £300 for two nights which did not seem like good value for money. Hotel was also in quite a deserted area which did not radiate much sense of safety to go wandering around at evening/night time.

Sound isolation is not good - you can hear everything outside. Also next to the hotel is the construction site so if you sleep with opened window you may wake up early on weekdays from the sounds out there. Also condotioner was not working because its April so its only a warming mode, and we wanted a cooling one. TV could be more smart for example to have youtube on it.

Property is cozy and clean. Comfortable bed and very friendly staff.

One very bad thing about air conditioners! When I order hotel I saw they have air conditioner, but when I come to hotel I was see conditioner dosen’t work. So I go to reception to ask whats wrong, and I had answer - Air Conditioner working only in summer (Working From June). So that’s really bad, because now its April and temperatues was 26-28

It was rainy during our stay , and we needed umbrellas. Would be good to have a few umbrellas at the reception.

We were looking for accommodation options in this area. The accommodation is perfect. Coffee and tea offer during the day from the lobby was very nice.

The pos terminal in the lobby only works during the daytime :) The lobby is also sort of dark and gloomy.

It is very affordable and clean.
