The bed was lumpy, not very comfortable ... would have preferred a softer pillow, but the latter is not a deal breaker.

The breakfast was well-organized and had good, healthy options - recommend it and worth the additional price.

Very convenient location. The room we stayed in was a decent size compared to what I've seen in other budget hotels I've tried in Europe. Oh and that vegan restaurant downstairs is good and quite convenient (it's not part of the hotel but it's a nice a food option to have nearby).

Friendly staff, good breakfast, good location, and economical. We used Hop On Hop Off bus to see Berlin and the hotel was a short walk to a bus stop. Parking garage under the hotel was only 7 euro per night.

There was no hairdryer in the room, no kettle with hot water, pillows uncomfortable. It was not clear where to park the car, and where exactly is the entrance to underground parking place. The parking place is not for free. Not so many places to hang the towels, clothes. Bed mattress not comfortable.

the room is rather small and the sink is directly in the room, not in a separate bathroom. the shower looks more like one in an airplane (or hotel rooms in japan). but for the price it is ok. unfortunately there is no hairdryer in the room, this can be rented for a 10 euro deposit at the reception.

the location is good, about 10min. walk from alexanderplatz. very quiet location. the breakfast is absolutely sufficient. no hot dishes, but the sandwiches etc. are delicious and there are also vegetarian bread spreads. staff is friendly. for the price-performance ratio absolutely ok and i would come again.

Location: very accessible. Tram is 2mins walk. 1 ride Tram going to Berlin Hbf (15-20mins), 1 ride tram going to Alexanderplatz (5mins) or 10min walk to Alexanderplatz. Very near to some tourist spots. There’s a lot of Restaurants & Fastfood nearby. Room: very clean and comfortable. Our room is very suitable for Family of 3.

THE ROOM JUST HAD 2 BEDS, NO WARDROBE, NO SHELVES TO PUT CLOTHES ON, SO CLOTHES WERE LEFT IN CASE ONE ONE CHAIR, AND COULDNT OPEN THE WINDOW. HOWEVER IT WAS VERY CLEAN, BUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HANG CLOTHES UP. NO HOOKS IN SMALL SHOWER JUST ONE HOOK BY THE BED FOR TOWEL. DISTANCE WAS TOO FAR TO WALK TO ALEXANDERPLATZ, A GOOD 30 MINS,.....ITOUGHT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NEARER, I HAVE A PROBLEM WALKING.

I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM AND YOU VIA EMAIL TOCONFIRM MY BOOKING FOR 2 ELDERLY LADIES...NEVER GOT A REPLY, FROM YOU OR THEM. WHENN WE ARRIVED AFTER TRYING ENDLESS TO CONFIRM A TWIN ROOM THATS 2 BEDS FOR US. THEY ONLY HAD A BOOKINGFOR ONE PERSON, AFTER ME TRYINGTO CONTACT THEM WITHOUR NAMES. HOWEVER, MANY ARGUMENTS, WE DID HAVE THE 2 BEDDED ROOM, BUT MY FRIEND AGED 83 HAD TO PAY 11 euros PER DAY FOR BREAKFAST., IF YOU AND THEM AND MADE CONTACT, AND INFORMED ME THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED... The central location of the hotel is very useful, everything is around the corner... Shopping, change, public transport.. There's large range of food for breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, nice bathroom.

there were some loud noises at night (possibly from other guests using the water)

i loved that they offered new clean towels everyday, new trash bin and that they made the bed. the cleaning ladies were also very nice (either than very good at their job)

Very good location with easy access to all public transport, pharmacy, grocery store and nice cafes just a few meters away. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms are a bit small but cosy. Overall quite pleasant stay and good value for money.
