The surrounding area was under construction. The cot supplied for the baby was very old and had holes in the sides... really not in an acceptable condition. We had an issue one evening when our baby was ill on the bedsheets.. when we asked for support the cleaners who were sent were unhappy with us that we could not speak Russian, they were quiet aggressive - totally unacceptable.

The rooms were modern and fairly spacious. The hotel is fairly close (within walking distance) of the train station. The restaurant was very large and food reasonable. There was an excellent bar on the top floor, highly recommend.

Its close to the railwaystation, but apart from that its a distance to walk to find an interesting place to sit or eat.

the pillows were horrendous felt like you was sleeping on the mattress which really disrupted my sleep

Despite that the room was clean, the coffee machine was dusty, also inside (inter the water tank), so was the radiator in the bathroom. I had to clean both before making a coffee or putting the towels on the radiator to dry.

Very nice hotel and excellent breakfast. Walking distance to the Hauptbahnhof. Public transport worked well and we used buses that left near the hotel. Room was nice and quite big and the 11 floor bar was also nice.

Nothing besides besides during checkout they first told me that my room wasn’t paid yet, which it was. (This is probably because they switched my dates so I don’t really take it in a bad way.)

They were able to switch my dates without any problems. Very nice! Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and the room was nice and cool.

The price was higher when checking out. Lockbox did not work. Shower handle was loose. Curtain can’t close all the way. Phone is missing reception. Aircon unit does not cool. Toiletseat binds to lid. Aircondition has rattle.

Room had a bit dense air inside due to the fact that you couldn’t open the windows. On top of that cleaning service used some kind of perfumed detergent which was terrible. Hotel gives opportunity to use towels several days if hung in the bathroom. Unfortunate this eco-friendly behavior is only in writing as towels were changed every day even if we hung them.

Lovely view and spacious room in room 831. Breakfast buffet is really great with fresh vegetables and the possibility of having an omelet or fried egg. Beds are very comfortable and bedding is good.

They did not allowed us to have breakfast with our dog when it’s a dog friendly hotel and main reason we booked the hotel. We ended it having to go somewhere else for breakfast where we could be with our dog.

Hotel is big, clean and has nice rooms. Really enjoyed a nice sleep.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The bed was very comfortable and the room was fresh as well. We had a small inconvenience in the room but the staff compensated for the issue. Free minibar. They had a welcome package for our dog which was absolutely adorable. The people at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and service minded: 10/10. Same feedback for the bartender at the bar (Yuliana I think) Definitely coming back. Thank you for making our staying a great one.

When we arrived the toilet was still dirty, also the A/C did not work and you cannot open a window. For a hotel of this standard all very disappointing, for a few euros more you would get a "real" 5 star hotel at weekend rates. One lady at the reception needs some classes in customer service and orientation.

Overall good. Most of the staff friendly. Bus stop close by.

The pillows were awful. Possibly the worst I’ve ever used. Almost like a pillow case that is puffed up with air that deflates as soon as your head touches it. Fire alarm went off and was no communication from the staff.

Property was really clean, good location just outside of the city with easy transport links less than 1km away from the subway or main train station. Staff were very friendly, breakfast selection was great so definitely worth adding on. Complimentary mini bar that was restocked each day was a lovely touch as well.

Ad displays minibar inclusive and thats true, however the selection of snacks were only small pack of peanuts (not the general minibar selection you encounter in Radisson, Hilton, Scandic etc). However, complementary drinks were good thing after long day :)
