Would have tried the breakfast if it weren't that expensive :) . Rest was all perfect.

Comfy rooms, minibar included in cost and great location for metro are the highlights. There are good options to eat out nearby too.

Please invest on insulating either the rooms near the service lift or the lift well itself at the far end of the property which makes a terrible sound going between floors. I am sure others have noticed the sound. It started quite early in the morning around 6:30am and went on to midnight. It didn't spoil the stay, but I would have liked a bit more sleep.

As others have mentioned, the breakfast is exceptional. Such a varied choice of food and drinks and the staff were so attentive. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and the bedding and linens were very good quality. The location is quiet, but near shops, restaurants and a short walk from the U Bahn. Having access to the Executive Lounge was a great perk to the trip and we were delighted to be provided with free snacks and drinks. We have wonderful memories of our trip to Berlin and staying at the Hyperion was a big part of making them so special.

Our room was spotlessly clean and looked to have been recently refurbished. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Comfortable bed with nice linen and excellent shower. Quieter rooms are at the back of the hotel and you can request this.

Very helpful staff and a short walk to the closest metro. Room was spacious and included everything I needed. Staff were quick to fix my issue with access to Executive lounge. The room Minibar was stocked everyday and free. Exec Lounge was constantly full of food and drinks. Food would change regularly

There was no hair conditioner. Usually, it is available in 5*hotels.

We took a family room with 2 rooms and we had 2 bathrooms, which is convenient for friends. Minibar was included in the price. Dog had a special bed and stuff for water and food. There were complimentary snacks for the dog, which he was happy about

Cozy rooms, breakfast and location.

The hotel is located is a very quiet place, two blocks from the subway. Very comfortable room, breakfast is very good, staff was very nice to us. I will definitely go back again.

The breakfast would be very nice for most people but, there could have been a few more vegan and vegetarian options. Being a vegetarian, I struggle to find the breakfast value for its price, it would easily be so for people who eat meat.

The rooms were very good, clean and well maintained, the bed was comfortable too. There is ample space to store your luggage and a chair in the room to sit. The location is also pretty great. There are a bunch of restaurants around, Particularly like Vipan and Namaste, both Indian restaurants at a walking distance. S-bahn station and bus stops are also very close by, 5 mins by walk.

There was no microwave when we sometimes needed to heat food. The Kitchen was however always willing to assist.

Spacious family room with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Travelling with a toddler is difficult and the staff really made it easy and comfortable for us.

Rather distant from main attractions in Berlin, but it's peaceful location was ample compensation.

Three night stay, first two breakfast spoilt with an exceptional omelette probably best ever experinced, however last morning not cooking and disappointed. Location is little difficult if you need to be centrally located we managed o.k U9 & S5 will take you to Berlin Hbf. However nice quiet location, with facilities close by even had a balcony, room 434. Large spacious room kitchen diner, and minibar beer included. Loved the German loose tea facility at breakfast. Our visit coincided with InnoTrans 2024, and Messe Sud station was conveniently found. Great shower and comfy night sleep in quiet location.

Everything was excellent and good value for money.

The hotel is in a charming and very quiet area in Berlin. The staff who welcomed us were absolutely first class, cheerful, pleasant, relaxed and helpful. The room was a comfort room of 19 square meters, entirely adequate for a couple of nights and the bathroom was spacious and functional. There was no noise at all, either from other guests or from outside, even with the window open. The breakfast was fabulous, really outstanding with a wide range of the standard breakfast offerings, excellent and attentive service, any amount of juices, coffee, and everything else you could possibly want. We spent hours there just sipping our coffee after breakfast and it was delightful. The underground carparking cost €20/24 hours which seemed very reasonable for central Berlin but DO make sure that you note the number of your carpark because it is a labyrinth down there and if you do not know what carpark number you are looking for, it can be a very challenging experience - I speak from experience so do not make the same mistake. The individual parking spaces are very good but hard to find if you don't recall your space. Overall it was a best experience of Berlin and we are in the process of booking the Hyperion once again for a couple of days between Christmas and New Year.

Limited facilities within the hotel. Next doors balcony ran past our window, lack of privacy because of that if we had the curtains open. No hairdryer in the room.we had a double bed booked, in the room it was two singles next to eachother acting as a double which was slightly uncomfortable and we didn't have a double duvet, it was two singles duvets.

Breakfast was really good, lots of selection. Minibar in the room was complimentary (free), although just soft drinks and a beer, replenished daily. Location was great, next to a well connected u-bahn stations. Very clean. Room was big, good wardrobe space, there was a safe. Big shower and nice bathroom.
