Very high standard in every field. The hotel is pretty modern. Very friendly reception staff. Breakfast is great. The room is clean with a cosy balcony. This hotel is without a doubt the best value money can buy in Berlin, in my opinion.

It would have been nice to have teabags supplied as well as coffee in the room.

Location is excellent. Very central with great connections by train and bus but just a little way off the noisier, busier streets. The hotel is just beside a square - Prager Platz - which has lovely cafes and large supermarkets so you can buy everything you need without travelling.

Simple set up but clean and quiet. Bed and sheets very comfy. Good size room. Good soundproofing so had two peaceful nights there. Breakfast had a good enough options. Happy to come back if I am around.

Executive lounge and professionalism of staff are worth mentioning. All personnel were trying to help you for a good staying experience. Especially lobby bar was perfect. One of the best hotel bar experience I had so far.

There is nothing that we didn't like. Only one thing was missing. Our youngest kid did not get own towel set, it was not real problem because there were enough smaller towels available

Breakfast was very good, diverse options, especially I liked warm bagel. Location is good and well connected via nearby U-bahn station. Room is specious and quite comfortable for family with 2 small kids.

Not too near central but near to Messe Berlin. Quite street & next to markets, restaurants … very convenient . Breakfast is great & various but bread is very cold & hard . Prefer solf & kept warm.

The location was great, easily accessible from the airport, and well connected to central Berlin. The staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean. The breakfast staff was swift and hard-working!

Great hotel with great and very clean rooms, took the room with the balcony because its allowed to smoke on the balcony something I miss in a lot of hotels, they also have parking underground for 20euros per day which is very convenient because Berlin is big and you might need a car in my case

The single beds were a little small for me. Also, timing breakfast on the weekend so you had a table to sit at was a challenge. Other than that, the hotel was great.

A modern, clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient location in Berlin. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was clean and faced onto a courtyard. The included mini bar (yes, the select items in the mini bar were free and the mini bar was refilled every day) was a great concept.
