Loxation is amazing in very quiet and green neibourghood. Staff is very friendly and fast. Room service is amazing and everything is super clean. I will return to this place for sure.

We have booked a family room and in fact it was 2 double rooms next to each other, that wasn't that convenient for us.

Our stay was great! The receptionist was friendly, and both checkin and checkout went really fast and smooth. Breakfast was great too.

The lobby had a tv showing sports. That sport bar feeling didnt fit with the lobby. But some people like sports tv. Not me.

Nothing to not like.

Everything was perfect. The location was lovely, in a residential area with a green patch right next door. We used Uber to get into the town centre which was a short ride away. Restaurants all around. Breakfast buffet was very very good, lots of variety. Loved the rooms and beds.

Air conditioning is very weak. Very hard mattress, it was uncomfortable to sleep. Overall a good 4* hotel , definitely not 5*.

Nice location at the quiet area. Lots of space in the underground parking. The smell of linden blossoms is amazing! Breakfast is generous enough. Pleasant stuff.

For a six-story building two elevators are not enough. The Emergency exit doors were locked from the stairs.

Breakfast would be a little bit more variety, tomatoes and spiegelei was missing. Maybe some more green would be OK. Room was not cleaned at first night, although we push the "make my room" button. Parking facilities are not well signed and you have to go -2nd floor, which was not easy to understand.

Location was great, Stadtmitte at a walking distance. Free mini bar was good. Pet-friendly hotel and some snacks for my dog. Very good prepared for the dog...

Room is very comfortable, clean and quiet with nice balcony. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety and tasty food. Location is very close to Kudamm. Supermarket and nice restaurants just next door. We enjoyed the stay!

Cleanliness can be improved a bit.

The staff and facilities were good. the meals including refreshments for conferences were healthy with good varieties. There was value for money given the location of the hotel.

Snacks in the lounge could have been more varied and also something cluten-free for example rice cakes. Mini Bar had only beer.. cider would have been also nice.

Just minor things. I went to shower and there were a couple of worn holes in my bathtowel. It sounds stupid, but the quality of a bath towel can really make a difference to the feel of the place you're staying in. Breakfast was also one of the most expensive breakfasts I've paid for in a long time (29 euro), but given there was a really nice bakery round the corner, I took this option the next day rather than the very expensive hotel version.

A reasonably good location given it had two U stations near by (just a couple of stops from the main Zoo Garden interchange). Friendly staff, room was OK. It's always nice when there is a proper coffee machine in your room and bottled water is free. Located near a really nice chilled square with cafe's restaurants and a baker..handy given the price of the breakfast at the hotel!

Perfect cleanliness, for which special thanks to the staff. Super comfy bed, electronic switches everywhere, great lobby and bar area. Lovely varied breakfast with Prosecco. Literally minutes from the metro.

The elevator is not working during two days during our stay, we recommend reviewing the maintenance contract to fixe any issues quickly.

The shower flooded under the door each time we used it. The lighting above the basin in the bathroom could be improved.

We liked the spacious room with comfortable armchairs; the balcony with ditto. Being on the top floor (as requested). The free minibar. The breakfasts. Helpfulness of staff. The location is convenient for us being a few minutes walk from our son and his family. We have stayed at Hyperion several times in the last 7 years and I think this was our best visit yet.

We were in junior suite where one person is supposed to sleep on the couch. In all hotels, where I have been, couches are not comfortable for sleeping, but here it was really uncomfortable for an adult. I didn't deduct points, because in our family, kid slept there and it was ok for him. And as a wish - would be great to have some utensils on the kitchen

- The room given was perhaps unused for a while as it had a stale air smell every time you entered the room. - The digital displays & lighting were great but the rest of the things needed a stronger hand - the TV remote never worked on the first press of the button & the water kettle had to be pressed upon to make it work. - The bathroom area didn't have a door, only the shower did which was a bit odd. These small things do put a dent in the overall experience.

- The Hotel is in a quiet location away from the main street but accessible from 2 U-Bahn stations. - The rooms are nice & clean, big enough for 2 people with digital switchboards & a minibar with a couple of beers, sodas, and juices and it was stocked up every day. The mini balcony is also a nice touch. - The breakfast is the best part as they have quite a big spread along with an Omelette station. - The Fitness Center is accessible for a fee.
