Bed were very hard and the balcony was full of weeds and could really do with a tidy up. Also the shower head was badly leaking into the roof but this was rectified by the prop staff.

Perfect location, quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Prager Platz is a cute picturesque place like in a small town, yet very close to the big city vibe of Kudamm. There is a mini-mall around the corner with grocery stores, pharmacy, pizza and other restaurants open until 22-23 so everything you may need just a few steps away. The metro station (Guntzelstrasse) is like 1min walk, very easy to get around. The hotel itself is lovely, little details that make you feel welcome and totally relax. Complementary minibar is an enormous improvement to guest experience, especially if you travel with kids. The breakfast was also great and there was even prosecco in the breakfast buffet :) There's a large fitness center with swimming pool in the same building, it's not a part of the hotel but you can visit with a daily pass like 10eur/person.

Loxation is amazing in very quiet and green neibourghood. Staff is very friendly and fast. Room service is amazing and everything is super clean. I will return to this place for sure.

We have booked a family room and in fact it was 2 double rooms next to each other, that wasn't that convenient for us.

Our stay was great! The receptionist was friendly, and both checkin and checkout went really fast and smooth. Breakfast was great too.

The lobby had a tv showing sports. That sport bar feeling didnt fit with the lobby. But some people like sports tv. Not me.

Nothing to not like.

Everything was perfect. The location was lovely, in a residential area with a green patch right next door. We used Uber to get into the town centre which was a short ride away. Restaurants all around. Breakfast buffet was very very good, lots of variety. Loved the rooms and beds.

Air conditioning is very weak. Very hard mattress, it was uncomfortable to sleep. Overall a good 4* hotel , definitely not 5*.

Nice location at the quiet area. Lots of space in the underground parking. The smell of linden blossoms is amazing! Breakfast is generous enough. Pleasant stuff.

For a six-story building two elevators are not enough. The Emergency exit doors were locked from the stairs.

Breakfast would be a little bit more variety, tomatoes and spiegelei was missing. Maybe some more green would be OK. Room was not cleaned at first night, although we push the "make my room" button. Parking facilities are not well signed and you have to go -2nd floor, which was not easy to understand.

Location was great, Stadtmitte at a walking distance. Free mini bar was good. Pet-friendly hotel and some snacks for my dog. Very good prepared for the dog...

Cleanliness can be improved a bit.

The staff and facilities were good. the meals including refreshments for conferences were healthy with good varieties. There was value for money given the location of the hotel.

Snacks in the lounge could have been more varied and also something cluten-free for example rice cakes. Mini Bar had only beer.. cider would have been also nice.
