Small, cozy, clean and quiet hotel. Perfect for 1-2 nights. Liked everything, except abscence of AC in rooms. there was a fan to replace AC, but it was still too hot for me inside the room (stayed at the hotel in the beginning of july).

It’s a lovely and spotless cosy hotel, perhaps an iron & board would come in handy and a mini fridge in the rooms/apt would work a tremendous treat (we had toasty 30+ degree summer days/nights).

Great little spot away from the noise, perfect for a family. Bella Vista sits in an excellent location for day trips as it’s super close to the ferry (car & passenger) and the bus stop into town is only a 4 min walk away. There’s free parking onsite and we were handed complimentary public transport tickets for the duration of our stay which was fantastic. We took the ferry across to Meersburg to explore surrounding wineries simply via bus. All staff have been extremely helpful and welcoming even after hours. We included breakfast and it was plentiful and some of the best coffee we have had around.

Pleasant, quiet location and is so much better from the center of Konstanz. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning even though it is a cold breakfast but enough good selections.

Very friendly and helpful employees at the main entrance and the restaurant. Nothing was a problem to organise. It was situated out of the hustle and bustle, but easy to get into Konstanz with the local bus service.

Location is great, staff were really friendly and forthcoming, gave tips on what to do in the area. Free parking was also available (plus!!!) and umbrellas as well which came in handy as it was raining.

the bedroom is simple but it was clean and nice, spacious bathroom. staff was super polite and helped us with everything. location is nice, and they gave is access to public transport which was great. excellent breakfast!

There is no lift and I was on floor2. Lack of a comfortable chair despite 3 "dining" chairs in a single room.

The pillows on the bed were very soft. I found it a bit difficult to get comfortable on them since I am used to much firmer pillows. Thankfully I fell asleep quickly because I was tired from hiking around in snow, but the pillows were the worst part of the room.

I really liked the breakfast, both the selection and the dining room. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The inclusion of the bus ticket and the Lindt Santa were unexpected but greatly appreciated! The shower was also nice and hot with good pressure.

The desk could have been slightly bigger, if I were to pick holes, but largely it was a very pleasant hotel.

Very clean and broadly well-equipped room, located in a suburb on Konstanz with perhaps now the most frequent bus connections into the Altstadt (the municipality give free bus use to overnight tourists), as well as convenient for the Meersburg ferry. The staff were lovely, the shower was great and the WiFi worked well.

I would have liked a kettle in the room so that I could make a hot drink.

Really clean. Friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent value. Lots of choice of different foods. The garage for bicycles is excellent too. You can even charge your e-bike. Close to the ferry across the lake and a Penny supermarket just around the corner. Good wifi.

If there is one thing I would like to see is mosquito nets in the windows. The heat in the summer makes it necessary to keep a window open at night, but there is nothing to keep mosquitos out
