No A/C or fans and even with the door to the balcony wide open, it was stifling hot in the room. We stayed out of the room during the day so it was only a problem at night.

We thought our balcony room would be on the lake and were really looking forward to the view, but we missed that 'balcony' does not mean a view of the lake - we had a view of the parking garage. Our mistake. Also, if you don't purchase the full board package that includes dinner, you cannot dine at the restaurant and are sent next door. It was a decent alternative but unexpected.

Spectacular location on the lake, just stroll out the front door for a beautiful walk or swim on the lakeshore. Lovely pool and view, beautiful spa facility. Breakfast was superb. Bar staff were really fun and entertaining. Room was beautiful and modern and parking very convenient.

Our room was dirty when we check-in. We told staff and they only say that tomorrow somebody came to clean that. When the next day came and cleaning was done there was still dirt. Spa was very clean and I don't like that housekeepers were cleaning everything the whole time. Every second somebody was cleaning something when you just try to relax. They even cleaned the windows during the day. Spa and swimpool was only open 10 am - 9 pm. You can't watch stream like Netflix etc.

Very dark throughout the hotel except for the breakfast area. Bar/Lounge exceptionally dark and uncomfortable - impossible to read. Hotel does not discourage sunbed blocking which causes a problem due to the size of the pool area.

The standard of the pillows.

The location was exceptional. Beautiful views across the lake to the mountain range. The hotel was close to the town of Füssen, an easy drive. The room was comfortable with all amenities. The only downside was the quality of the pillows. They were quite poor.

super noisy n the rooms allocated view were nothing like photos on booking dot com app. sauna n pool starts as late as 10am instead of 7 or 730am. again nobody at reception after 8pm they literally think they r doing customers a favor. strange v strange

It was not what I was expecting from a 5* spa. Had to pay to park across the road, if there was a space. The room was very small and dark. Dinner on first night was good but second night I had to send my meal back and choose another. I asked for tap water after ordering 40 euros wine and was told not available and then charged 8 euros for mineral water. For a spa the water pressure in the bedroom shower was weak and in the actual spa the same. We will not be returning as very poor value for money and the receptionist was not very happy to be working there it seemed!

I would suggest not booking a lake view in the summer because the sun shines directly into your room in the afternoon and it is very hot when you try to sleep.

Great location on the lake away from the crowds in Fussen. The spa facilities are all lovely.
