We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The fan was also really great at keeping the room cool. Staff and the owner were super friendly, advising me about the public transport and attractions in Mannheim. Rooftop terrace area was very nice, with a lovely view and board games to use. The guest kitchen was fully equipped and very useful. Overall 100/10, would be delighted to stay again.

BulgariaI've always been skeptical on hostels. But having not many choices to stay in Mannheim, I chose this hostel, and i hoped it would not become a scary experience for me :D. But, i am truly happy this hostel helped me see that hostels can be very cozy, clean and to feel like home. I also loved the short yet fun conversation with the people there, the manager is very nice and we had some good laughs as well hihi. :)) Thank you again, and i am definately coming there again! PS: Also, for a girl, solo travelling, first time in a hostel, i felt very safe. I think that's an important point.

United KingdomNot anything to really complain about, it was a hot day so it was a bit difficult to sleep but that’s at no fault of the hostel.
The hostel was really nice and clean, I very much liked the way the dorms were organised and decorated. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, as I was doing a stop over In Mannheim, this was a very pleasant place to stay.

United StatesThe only thing I can say I didn't like was the levels that the rooms where you slept on seemed a bit compressed but overall the big lounge at the reception area compensates for that.
The staff and room were impeccable. I arrived late night and had a late night check in request which was no issue to be fulfilled. Entire process took less than 5 minutes. Very straight forward check in and access. Joel at the staff was very friendly and shared his knowledge of Germany and the local area. He helped me with my requests and made me feel like I was at home. Very chill hostel, not busy, and one of the coolest vibiest lounges up on the roof where the bar and reception is. Big TV, music, locker room, fooseball table, and much more.

Hands down one of the nicest hostels I have every stayed at! Very modern, centrally located, the bar and rooftop are so much fun to hang out at and connect with other travelers :))! The women floor is just genius (it has a fully equipped kitchen too!!). The staff is super nice and friendly, big THANK YOU for making the stay so enjoyable! GermanyThe bunk beds curtains are kinda hard to adjust.
You can take a tram from the central station, which takes roughly 8 minutes. Facilities are as good as new. Toilets are clean and has no smells. They offer simple breakfast too. And right across the street is an Aldi. Actually I recommend anyone who also visits Heidelberg can stay here for the night since the accommodation is kinda more expensive in Heidelberg.

United KingdomOne toilet and shower per floor may lead to a wait at busy times, though it wasn't too busy during my stay so not too much of an issue.
One of the best hostels I have stayed in anywhere in the world. A lot of effort and expense has clearly gone into designing and equipping it. Dorms were spacious, beds comfortable and had privacy curtains, USB socket and reading lights. Large lockers. The whole place was clean and warm, including the toilets and showers. Each floor has a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for making food, and a common area. Large common area upstairs with decent-priced bar and sun terrace was great to hang out in. Cereal and fruit provided free for breakfast and wi-fi is fast. Julian was super friendly and helpful. The hostel is in a great, central location and was very reasonably priced.

GermanyThis is one of those hostels that goes beyond simply checking boxes on what a hostel should offer. It's the small details from cereals on offer for breakfast, the local beer and drink selection, design chairs, games (kicker, playstation, board games and more), the peaceful terrace, little bathroom cosmetics, the smart entry system. These details made my hostel experience here amazing. The hostel is relatively new so congrats to the owner for pulling it off. I will stay here again when back in Mannheim.
