Great location, close to the hbf.

Initially the automated system did not provide us with the correct access PIN code, but the staff were prompt over WhatsApp and could provide us with the code quite quickly. The central heating was a bit hot for our taste, and the aircon wasn't terribly effective in cooling down the room; we had to leave the windows open for the room to cool down. The location is not the best. While it's conveniently located near the train station, we witnessed open drug use on several streets surrounding the hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable, and it even had a little capsule coffee maker which we appreciated. It was close to the Frankfurt Messe, and not too far (couple of hundred meters' walk) from a few nice restaurants.

Not a hotel - no reception or amenities at all. No fridge! Area felt unsafe. Particularly at night. Lots of drunk homeless people and drug users right outside the entrance. Quite noisy (from outside) Sink very slow to drain

Useful location close to the train station and marathon start / finish. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Reasonable value.

Bathroom smelled so bad when we arrived. As if someone had just gone to toilet. It was a bit loud at night but that comes with the location. And the beds were not comfortable. We all woke up with a backache. A bit more cleanliness in bathroom (sink) would have been nice.

No interpersonal communication was available which was a bit strange as all communication was virtual and at time you feel a need for a small reception with an assistance atleast. Housekeeping services of room were not available

I didn't opt for breakfast, so no comments Location is awesome Exclusive digital code access was available with no human interaction. A digital video was shared to educate on the access to the apartment via email. Easy check-in & check-out

the sink was blocked. the bathroom had extremely bad smell, which was all over the room. I was told that the someone come to check it next day. But it did not happen. ( Room 101) Also, the bathroom cleaning was really poor.

Location is convenient (close to the train station) but the area in general is not great with many homeless (who do not pose any risk).

The noise isolation is not perfect and there is seldomly noise from the tram line outside. There was a mosquito in the room...

Self-service check-in, nice location at the very center of the city, can walk to Hbf and easily reach anywhere around Frankfurt.

The opening to the shower stall was quite narrow, which means that if you're a bigger person, you'll have to do some acrobatics to get in and out of it.

The location was very good - only a couple of minutes away from the main station. Unfortunately there seem to be many people struggling with drugs and/or homelessness in the area, so I'd recommend to be cautious just in case. The check-in and check-out process were easy and very convenient. It's almost impossible to find the place unless you watch the instructional video on how to get in, so definitely do that. The room was quite clean, I only found lipstick marks on a glass I was going to drink out of, but otherwise have no complaints over cleanliness. The customer service person who answered my call was very helpful and polite when I didn't find the door to the accommodations straight away.
