We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI was allocated in a full disabled room with wet room which was not ideal for the shower also the toilet was too high my legs where hanging while i was sat down on there also had interconnecting doors which was noisy. A bit far from airport too

NetherlandsThe distance to the S-Bahn station and the low frequency of buses getting to/from the hotel. Both towards Berlin as well as the airport. The restaurant is extremely pricy.
The hotel was in great condition and very clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I felt welcome, even with my young and active child.

United StatesThey do not offer a free shuttle to the airport, which seemed strange for a "airport hotel." Also, the hotel is located in an industrial area, so there are limited options for shopping, etc. However, the area is quiet and we slept well.
The hotel was near the Brandenburg airport, which made it very convenient to catch our flight. They do NOT offer a free airport shuttle, but do have a cab service that leaves for the terminal hourly. The hotel was air-conditioned, which was greatly appreciated during the 30C/85F degree weather.

SwitzerlandThe heat in the rooms. OMG both rooms were so hot even with AC at 10C told front desk the next day that there is a problem because it was this warm that we in both rooms couldn’t sleep before 3am. Beds are hard too. But I like soft so I guess not the right person to judge.
Wasn’t planning on staying but had to because our flight got canceled last minute so we had to sleep close to the airport. Place is clean and pretty and the service was good. Dinner and breakfast were actually very good. Didn’t expect this much.

Germanybathtub cleaning: mold corner / water cooker lid falls off( dangerous).bathrooms need antischimmel CHLOR in corners. Toilet water pressure weak. 3rd floor very loud due to gym on 4th floor.

GermanyThe staff at the desk gave us our key to the room and that was it. Didn’t explain about amenities. It was actually my Aunt that told us there was a bar on the terrace!! I wish I would have known! We book this hotel because it’s closest to our family.
We had an amazing guy from India at breakfast. He always took his time out to speak to our children. I would say the staff in the restaurant was the most helpful. Always smiling, willing to help if we had questions.

ItalyOnly basic TV channels in the room, no smart TV. The room was small. The staff at reception were OK but not particularly friendly. The biggest no was that there was no airport shuttle for the hotel so I had to get a taxi in the end which was expensive as the hotel is 5 KMs from the airport. The app for taxi sharing was too complicated to work out after a very long flight.
The bed was comfy, the breakfast was nice. The staff in the restaurant were nice.
